Om tjänsten

I tjänsten som säljledare har du ett övergripande ansvar för driften på avdelningen. Du kommer att säkerställa att avdelningen uppfyller uppsatt budget, samtidigt som du arbetar aktivt med att utveckla sortimentet och optimera försäljningen tillsammans med dina medarbetare.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara både strategiska och operativa. Du kommer att vara inkluderad i varuplocket, coacha medarbetarna på avdelningen, arbeta med prissättning, inköp, säljplanering och uppföljning av säljplaneringen, revideringar samt dagligt hyllvårdsarbete.

I ditt ansvar ingår att säkerställa en attraktiv och välfungerande avdelning och se till att uppsatta körscheman efterlevs.

Du kommer att analysera siffror och resultat för att identifiera förbättringsområden och vidta åtgärder för att maximera försäljningen.

Som säljledare rapporterar du till din närmaste försäljningschef.

För att vara framgångsrik i rollen som säljledare är det viktigt att du har starkt ledarskap och har ett intresse för mat och sälj. Du är kundorienterad och har förmågan att prioritera och fokusera på de mest lönsamma säljområdena. Dessutom är du resultatorienterad och har förmågan att arbeta strukturerat för att nå uppsatta mål.

Vi söker en person som är positiv, ambitiös och en självgående ledare som tänker laget före jaget. Du ska tycka om att arbeta i högt tempo och kunna inspirera och motivera dina medarbetare med ditt driv.

Ordning och reda är dina ledord från lagret ut till butikshyllan och du älskar struktur samt att jobba med hyllvård för att maximera avdelningens försäljning.

Du ska vara en förebild för dina kollegor och kunder och bemöta dem med kunskap, ett leende och fingertoppskänsla.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har arbetat i livsmedelsbutik i minst 2 år, gärna inom ICA
  • Har erfarenhet inom butiksekonomi, Min Butik och AoB
  • Har intresse och kunskap om mat och följer med i trender kring sortimentet
  • Har god insikt i matsäkerhet och arbetet kring detta

Det är meriterande med erfarenhet från en tidigare liknande befattning.

Tjänstens utformning

6 månaders provanställning, därefter tillsvidareanställning.
