Dein Aufgabengebiet:

º Technische Ansprechperson im Innendienst rund um den Fachbereich Heiztechnik, Wärmepumpen, Hydraulik und Schnittstellen zur Lüftungstechnik

º Technische Ausarbeitung, Planung und Dimensionierung von Heizungs- und Wärme Pumpenlösungen, Hydraulikschemen und Systemkomponenten

º Fachliche Unterstützung für Interne (Vertrieb, technischer Innen- und Außendienst) so wie Externe (Installateure, Planer, Kunden) bei technischen Abklärungen, Produkt-, System- und Projektfragen

º Aktive Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs Heizungs- und Wärmepumpentechnik sowie internen Standards, technischen Unterlagen und Schulungsinhalten

º Bearbeitung und technische Prüfung von Projektanfragen, Leistungsverzeichnissen, technischen Unterlagen und Angeboten

º Abstimmung mit Lieferanten, Herstellern, Kundendienst, Außendienst, Technik und weiteren internen Schnittstellen

º Fachliche Unterstützung bei technischen Sonderfällen, Reklamationen und komplexeren Kundenanfragen

º Fallweise Unterstützung vor Ort, wenn technisches Fachwissen bei Projektabstimmungen oder komplexeren Fragestellungen gefragt ist

Dein Profil:

º Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Installations- und Gebäudetechnik, HKLS, Heizungs-/Sanitärtechnik, Energietechnik oder vergleichbar

º Idealerweise GWH-Lehre, Meisterprüfung, HTL Gebäudetechnik oder einschlägige technische Berufserfahrung

º Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis im Bereich

º Erfahrung technischen Innendienst von Vorteil

º Erfahrung im Bereich Lüftungstechnik von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

º Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

º Freude an technischer Beratung sowie an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen

º Interesse an modernen, energieeffizienten Gebäudetechniklösungen

º Bereitschaft zur laufenden Weiterbildung

Arbeitszeit: Montag - Freitag, 38,5 Stunden/ Woche im Rahmen von 7:30 Uhr bis 17 Uhr

Gehalt: mindestens Euro 2929,50 brutto / Monat
