Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in Graz ab November 1 Sr. IT Engineer, Logistics Execution and Operations (m/w/x)

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Betrieb und technische Betreuung einer Oracle-PL/SQL-basierten Logistik-Applikation

- Analyse, Bearbeitung und Koordination von Incidents, Service Requests und wiederkehrenden Applikationsthemen im 2nd- und 3rd Level-Betrieb

- Sicherstellung der Applikationsverfügbarkeit sowie Unterstützung bei Fehleranalyse, Monitoring und nachhaltiger Problemlösung

- Erstellung, Analyse und Optimierung von PL/SQL-Programmlogik wie Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views und SQL-Abfragen

- Wartung und Betrieb applikationsnaher Oberflächen und Funktionen unter Verwendung von Web-Technologien (bevorzugt JavaScript)

- Koordination zwischen Fachbereich, 1st Level Support, Entwicklungsteam und externen Partnern

- Dokumentation von Lösungen, Betriebsabläufen und technischen Änderungen zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen und nachvollziehbaren Applikationsbetriebs

- Erarbeitung eines Konzepts für den übergreifenden, operativen 2nd-Level-Betrieb.

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL / FH / Universität) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb, in der Betreuung oder Weiterentwicklung geschäftskritischer Applikationen, idealerweise im Logistik- oder Produktionsumfeld

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Oracle PL/SQL sowie Erfahrung mit der Analyse und Weiterentwicklung datenbanknaher Programmlogik

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SQL und relationalen Datenbanken, insbesondere im Oracle-Umfeld, inklusive:

- Erstellung, Pflege und Analyse von PL/SQL-Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views und SQL-Abfragen

- Fehleranalyse, Performance-Analyse und nachhaltige Optimierung datenbanknaher Applikationslogik

- Gute Kenntnisse in Web-Technologien (bevorzugt JavaScript) zur Betreuung und Anpassung applikationsnaher Benutzeroberflächen

- Fundiertes Verständnis von Applikationsbetrieb und Supportprozessen, insbesondere:

- Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management im Applikationsumfeld

- Koordination des 2nd-Level-Supports und strukturierte Bearbeitung von Betriebsfällen

- Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams bei Fehleranalyse, Umsetzung und Release-Begleitung

- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, 1st Level Support, Entwicklungsteams und externen Partnern

- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

- Erfahrung im Betrieb von Logistik-, Produktions- oder Enterprise-Applikationen

- Kenntnisse in Monitoring, Fehleranalyse und Performance-Optimierung von Oracle-basierten Anwendungen

- Erfahrung mit Release-Begleitung, Testunterstützung und technischer Dokumentation

- Kenntnisse im Produktions- oder Automotive-Umfeld

- Erfahrung im organisatorischen Umfeld

Entlohnung: Das Mindestgehalt beträgt € 3.397,--brutto/Monat (bei VZ); abhängig von der Ausbildung bzw. Berufserfahrung wird eine Überzahlung vereinbart.
