Als mittelständischer Softwarehersteller liegt unser Fokus auf einer langfristigen und partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden im Groß- und Außenhandel. Hierbei übernimmst Du als ERP-Berater die Verantwortung für die Betreuung der Dir übertragenen Kunden und Teilprojekte. Du begleitest und förderst Deine Kunden bei ihrem Wachstum und entwickelst deren Prozesse aktiv weiter.

Die Beratung des Kunden planst Du selbstständig und entscheidest ob diese am Telefon oder vor Ort stattfinden soll. Zusätzlich organisierst Du eigenverantwortlich Deine Termine und die benötigte Arbeitszeit. Zur Dokumentation des Projektstatus, erfasst Du alle mündlich und schriftlich vereinbarten Anforderungen in unserem Ticketsystem.

Sollte der umfangreiche SOG ERP Standard mal nicht ausreichen, erstellst Du Kalkulationsanfragen in Form von Programmierungskonzepten und nimmst die Programmierungen anschließend durch Tests ab. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit den Kollegen aus der Entwicklung zusammen und findest gemeinsam die beste Lösung für unsere Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du analysierst und organisierst Unternehmensprozesse bei unseren Kunden
  • Du bist der Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und führst Projekte und Teilprojekte
  • Du konfigurierst und parametrisierst die SOG ERP Software entsprechend der Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden
  • Du planst und organisierst selbstständig Deine Arbeit, Aufgaben und Termine
  • Du schulst die Anwender im Umgang mit der SOG ERP Software auf Basis der Unternehmensprozesse
  • Du erarbeitest Konzepte zur Organisation oder zu erforderlichen Programmierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung und übernimmst deren Dokumentation

Dein Profil

  • Du hast umfangreiche kaufmännische Erfahrung im Handelsumfeld, idealerweise durch Berufspraxis im Groß- und Außenhandel
  • Du hast Erfahrung als ERP-Berater oder als ERP Key-User im Handelsunternehmen
  • Du bist kundenfreundlich, konsequent und dienstleistungsorientiert
  • Dich zeichnen ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Planungs- und Organisationsstärke aus
  • Der Umgang mit Software und Software-Schnittstellen bereitet Dir Spaß
  • Du bist IT-affin und der Umgang mit MS Office ist für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut und deine Englischkenntnisse gut oder besser
  • Du führst gerne die Beratung in vor Ort Terminen durch, welche sich auf wenige Tage im Monat beschränken
