La propriétaire est présente, accessible, et disponible pour du mentorat si vous souhaitez peaufiner certaines techniques. L'équipe d'une douzaine de personnes fonctionne dans un esprit d'entraide et de bonne communication — sans hiérarchie rigide, sans chichis. On se parle, on s'adapte, on avance ensemble.
