Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie erkennen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bei Kunden und begleiten neue Aufträge und Projekte bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
  • Innovationen und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder zu etablieren
  • Sie betreuen unsere bestehenden Kunden im Südkreis Kleve persönlich und entwickeln die Zusammenarbeit kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Sie gewinnen aktiv neue Kunden und bauen ein tragfähiges regionales Netzwerk auf.
  • Sie analysieren den Personalbedarf unserer Kunden und entwickeln passende Lösungen im Bereich Arbeitnehmerüberlassung und Personalvermittlung.
  • Sie übernehmen den gesamten Recruitingprozess – von der Stellenausschreibung und Kandidatensuche über Vorstellungsgespräche bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung.
  • Sie planen und koordinieren die Einsätze unserer Beschäftigten und begleiten Kunden und Mitarbeitende während der laufenden Zusammenarbeit.
  • Sie erstellen Angebote, stimmen vertragliche Rahmenbedingungen ab und sorgen für eine sorgfältige Dokumentation der Kunden- und Bewerberprozesse.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Team am Unternehmensstandort Kleve zusammen.

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Personaldisponent, Personalberater oder Vertriebsdisponent, vorzugsweise in der Personaldienstleistung
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung und der damit verbundenen arbeits- und tarifrechtlichen Grundlagen
  • Mut Ideen zu formulieren und als Innovationsprojekte umzusetzen
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und aktiven Neukundengewinnung
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Menschen, Unternehmen und unterschiedliche Personalbedarfe
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Beratungs- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen und den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Programmen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Kundenbesuchen im Südkreis Kleve
  • Ein bereits vorhandenes Netzwerk zu Unternehmen in und rund um Geldern ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
