Anticimex is the modern pest control company. Through prevention, new technology and sustainable solutions, we meet the new demands for healthy environments, for both individuals and businesses.

Due to expansion, we’re looking for experience Hybrid role of Store cum Fleet Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation activities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Store & Warehouse Management

  • Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming goods and materials according to delivery orders and purchase records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on stock orders, delivery schedules, and order status.
  • Prepare and consolidate order-related documents, including invoices, purchase orders (POs), and purchase requisitions (PRs), for submission and record-keeping.
  • Perform picking, packing, sorting, and preparation of goods and equipment for delivery or dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory management system accordingly.
  • Monitor and track stock movements, including items issued, returned, or loaned to employees or customers.
  • Assist with regular stock counts, inventory checks, and stock reconciliation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse and storage areas.

2. Fleet & Transportation Management

  • Drive company-assigned vehicles to transport and deliver goods, equipment, and materials to designated locations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company vehicles, drivers, agreements, inspections, servicing schedules, availability, assignments, transfers, and returns, including temporarily unused vehicles.
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks and monitor the general condition, cleanliness, fuel levels, and tire conditions of company vehicles.
  • Arrange vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections with workshops and leasing companies, and ensure scheduled maintenance is carried out as required.
  • Coordinate vehicle handovers and returns, including checking vehicle condition and ensuring the required documents are complete and up to date.
  • Assist company drivers with vehicle-related issues, including faults, accidents, and breakdowns, and arrange replacement vehicles when required.
  • Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and present a consistent and professional company image.

3. General Operational Support

  • Assist with general administrative duties, including document preparation, updating, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Support warehouse, logistics, transportation, and other operational activities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
  • Promptly report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, vehicle issues, accidents, breakdowns, and other operational concerns to the relevant supervisor or management.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Singapore driving licence suitable for the assigned company vehicle.
  • Preferably have prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or delivery services.
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading goods, subject to workplace safety requirements.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking, recordkeeping, and updating stock movements.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
  • Willing to perform a combination of warehouse duties and driving responsibilities.
  • Fast learner and positive working attitude
