Oportunidade para profissional com perfil analítico, organizado, resolutivo e orientado ao atendimento ao cliente, capaz de conduzir tratativas comerciais e documentais, solucionar pendências e atuar preventivamente para garantir a efetivação das vendas e reduzir cancelamentos. Acostumado a trabalhar com metas de fechamento e retenção.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar o acompanhamento das vendas de imóveis arrematados em leilão, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e procedimentos estabelecidos.
  • Prestar atendimento aos arrematantes, esclarecendo dúvidas e orientando sobre as etapas posteriores à arrematação.
  • Analisar, conferir e validar documentos necessários à formalização das vendas.
  • Acompanhar processos de pagamento, financiamento imobiliário e demais condições comerciais das arrematações.
  • Atuar na manutenção das vendas, identificando riscos de desistência, negociando soluções e buscando alternativas para evitar cancelamentos.
  • Realizar a interlocução com o banco, arrematantes e demais envolvidos para resolução de pendências.
  • Acompanhar a formalização dos instrumentos contratuais e demais procedimentos necessários à conclusão das operações.
  • Manter sistemas e controles atualizados, garantindo a rastreabilidade das informações e o cumprimento dos indicadores de desempenho.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Direito, Administração, Gestão Imobiliária ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em atendimento ao cliente e condução de demandas que envolvam análise documental.
  • Capacidade de interpretar documentos, identificar inconsistências e solucionar pendências.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, organização e habilidade de negociação.
  • Autonomia para gestão de demandas, cumprimento de prazos e resolução de problemas.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em pós-venda imobiliário, processos de financiamento ou formalização de operações imobiliárias.
  • Vivência como despachante imobiliário, especialmente na condução de processos de financiamento e documentação bancária.
  • Experiência profissional em instituições financeiras, especialmente em áreas relacionadas a crédito imobiliário, financiamento habitacional ou formalização de contratos.
  • Conhecimento dos procedimentos de compra e venda de imóveis, registros imobiliários e documentação necessária à transferência de propriedade.
  • Experiência em retenção de clientes, negociação e reversão de cancelamentos.
