Vi är ett av Nordens mest moderna zoofackhandelsbolag – både online och i fysisk butik - och står bakom flera välkända varumärken: ZOO.se, Tinybuddy, Pritax och norska PetXL. Vi är en av Nordens ledande aktörer inom e-handel för husdjursprodukter och tillsammans driver vi sju online-butiker i Sverige, Norge och Finland samt flertalet fysiska butiker i Sverige och Norge. Vill du bygga AI-agenter som används på riktigt, i butik, lager och på kontor? Pet Pawr Group söker en specialist som tar egna AI-tjänster hela vägen från affärscase till drift och mätbar effekt. Om rollen Du äger de tjänster och agentbaserade flöden vi utvecklar inhouse och du bygger dem själv. Målet är mindre manuellt arbete, kortare ledtider och bättre beslutsunderlag i alla avdelningar. Du ansvarar för utveckling, drift och första support, och rapporterar till vår CTO. Rollen passar dig som i dag arbetar som AI Engineer, AI-utvecklare eller fullstackutvecklare med fokus på automation. Det här gör du Bygger och driftsätter agentbaserade flöden med tydliga gränser för vad agenten gör själv och när en människa godkänner Kartlägger manuella moment tillsammans med avdelningarna och prioriterar efter störst effekt Äger roadmap, backlog och acceptans för dina produkter Sätter vårt arbetssätt för AI-driven utveckling: specifikation, kod, granskning, test och produktion Mäter effekt i sparade timmar och följer kostnaden för modeller mot nyttan Utbildar kollegor och tar fram riktlinjer för ansvarsfull AI, informationssäkerhet och GDPR

Du har Minst 3 års erfarenhet som fullstackutvecklare Byggt och driftsatt agentbaserade flöden själv Erfarenhet av automation i handel till exempel supply chain, prissättning, innehåll eller masterdata Vana att värdera initiativ i kronor och timmar och att föra dialog på ledningsnivå Gott omdöme kring säkerhet och personuppgifter

Meriterande är erfarenhet från detaljhandel med både butik och e-handel. Så arbetar vi AI är ett medel, inte ett mål. Den enklaste lösningen som ger effekten vinner. En lösning som inte används räknas inte som levererad. Vi erbjuder Mandat över prioriteringar, verktyg och modeller inom givna ramar Avsatt tid varje kvartal för att utforska nya verktyg och modeller Hybridarbete från vårt kontor på Linnégatan i Stockholm, du bör dock vara boende i Stockholm med närområde då vi önskar din närvaro på kontoret ca 3 dagar per vecka.

Bra att veta Våra butiker har öppet kvällar och helger. Ibland kan ett akut fel i dina tjänster behöva åtgärdas utanför kontorstid, men det ska vara undantag och inte regel.
