We are looking for a Veterinary Technician to join our growing team. About the Role

We welcome applications from candidates across all experience levels, from entry-level to senior Veterinary Technicians. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications, skills and relevant experience.

In this role, you will work closely with veterinarians and fellow team members to support the delivery of high-quality veterinary care. Your responsibilities will include assisting with clinical procedures and patient care, as well as providing professional and friendly customer service to pet owners.

This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working with animals, values teamwork and is comfortable balancing clinical responsibilities with client-facing duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist veterinarians with physical examinations, medical procedures and treatments.
  • Safely and compassionately handle and restrain animals during examinations and procedures.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, and assist with feeding and monitoring hospitalised patients.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, comfort and hygiene of animal patients.
  • Ensure examination rooms, clinical areas, medical devices and equipment are clean, organised and properly maintained.
  • Welcome clients and their pets, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
  • Attend to incoming calls, online enquiries and other client communications.
  • Support the daily operations of the clinic and undertake other duties as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma in Veterinary Technology or Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
  • Singaporean or PR only.
  • A genuine passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with pet owners.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • A willingness to learn, develop professionally and take on new responsibilities.

Most importantly, we value enthusiasm, compassion and a willingness to learn. Relevant experience is appreciated, but the right attitude and dedication to animal care matter just as much.
