  • Identify scheduling risks, constraints, and potential delays while supporting the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Review contractor schedules for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Support change management by assessing the schedule impacts of scope changes, delays, and project modifications.
  • Participate in project meetings, schedule reviews, and planning sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and ensure compliance with project controls procedures and reporting requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project planning, scheduling, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Strong understanding of project scheduling principles, critical path methodology (CPM), and schedule development.
  • Experience with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning project phases.
  • Ability to interpret project schedules, identify risks, and provide meaningful schedule analysis and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of project controls, earned value management, cost tracking, and progress measurement is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
