Houd jij van plannen, schakelen en organiseren in een unieke werkomgeving?

Bij Peterson Den Helder ben jij de spil in de dagelijkse operatie rondom helikoptervluchten van en naar offshore locaties. Binnen deze rol werk je op een bijzondere plek – de luchthaven van Den Helder – Je zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlekkeloos verloopt: van passagiersplanning tot klantcontact en administratieve verwerking.

Je werkt in een betrokken team, schakelt met helikopter operators en klanten, en draagt bij aan logistieke processen die écht impact hebben. Geen dag is hetzelfde!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je plant en coördineert helikoptervluchten van passagiers naar offshore locaties;
  • Je communiceert met klanten, passagiers en operators (in het Nederlands én Engels);
  • Je zorgt voor de optimale indeling van beschikbare capaciteit;
  • Je verwerkt planningsgegevens administratief in onze systemen;
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle certificaten van passagiers correct en up-to-date in het systeem staan;
  • Je denkt mee en werkt zelfstandig aan projecten.

Het salaris voor deze functie valt binnen salarisschaal E en bedraagt € 2.607 tot € 3.724 bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband van 38,75 uur per week.

  • MBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Goede communicatie skills in Nederlands én Engels;
  • Je schakelt snel, denkt vooruit en blijft rustig onder druk;
  • Je houdt van structuur en kan goed overweg met softwaresystemen;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en vindt het geen probleem om af en toe buiten kantooruren te werken (consignatie diensten) – uiteraard tegen een vergoeding
