About the Role

Supertails is looking for qualified and registered pharmacists to join its team on a full-time basis across its licensed warehouse locations. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring pharmacy operations comply with applicable drug licensing and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, drug licensing requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  • Oversee the storage, handling and dispensing of medicines as per applicable regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of medicines, stock registers and relevant pharmacy documentation.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions and inventory management of pharmaceutical products.
  • Support inspections, audits and other regulatory compliance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) at the assigned location.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
  • Must hold valid pharmacist registration with the relevant State Pharmacy Council.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with valid registration are welcome.
  • Basic understanding of pharmacy operations, medicine storage and regulatory compliance.
  • Willingness to work full-time from the assigned warehouse location.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
