Descrição da função:Atuar nos processos de contas a receber, crédito e cobrança.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o processamento dos arquivos de envio e retorno da cobrança;Realizar a baixa manual dos depósitos bancários;Emitir extratos bancários de conta corrente e de recebimentos de títulos pagos na cobrança;Realizar lançamentos de cheques devolvidos no sistema integrado de gestão, módulo financeiro;Realizar o envio de documentos para os clientes (cheques devolvidos e notas promissórias);Realizar compensações de notas fiscais com recebimentos antecipados;Realizar manutenção/baixa dos títulos vencidos nos bancos;Enviar Relatório de Inadimplência por Base, para assessores e gerências;Efetuar análise financeira do cliente para liberação ou não dos pedidos bloqueados (perfil, previsão de pagamento, parecer da gestão);Efetuar cobrança junto a clientes inadimplentes;Registrar no sistema integrado de gestão, módulo Call Center, informações coletadas junto ao cliente para liberação dos pedidos;Acompanhar diariamente os lançamentos de depósitos e dos recebimentos da cobrança bancária;Fornecer à área comercial possibilidades de crédito para negociação com os clientes;Realizar a liberação de pedidos na modalidade de pagamento antecipado;Realizar a liberação de pedidos na modalidade de pagamento a prazo dentro da alçada definida;Realizar a checagem de pagamentos à vista em espécie ou transferência bancária;Realizar levantamento sobre endividamento, previsão de pagamento, limite de crédito e garantias para liberação de crédito.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios:Ensino médio completo;Conhecimentos em Intermediário em Pacote Office;Conhecimentos em rotina de contas a receber;Disponibilidade para trabalhar de segunda à sábado, das 8h às 18h.Requisitos Desejáveis:Ensino superior cursando nas áreas de Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou correlatas.Informações adicionaisVale alimentação ou refeição (cartão Alelo de bandeira ELO, que funciona na modalidade crédito);Plano de saúde;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de vida;Cartão Saldo Livre Alelo;Programa Auster: suporte psicológico, orientação jurídica e financeira para o seu bem-estar;Saúde facilitada: consultas médicas online por meio da Salvia;Acesso ao TotalPass: milhares de academias e estúdios para você manter sua saúde em dia.
