A empresa é distribuidora exclusiva das marcas Ipiranga e Texaco em sua área de atuação no estado de Minas Gerais. Além dessas grandes marcas, conta com um amplo portfólio de produtos de fabricantes reconhecidos, como Tecfil, Fram, Mann, Bosch, Orbi, STP, Ona e GE Lighting.

PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES E RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Realizar abertura e fechamento diário do caixa;
  • Efetuar recebimentos e conferência de valores;
  • Emitir cupons fiscais e notas fiscais;
  • Conferir dados cadastrais dos clientes;
  • Emitir boletos bancários, quando necessário;
  • Conferir e arquivar ordens de serviço e checklists;
  • Organizar e conferir canhotos das notas fiscais emitidas;
  • Emitir notas fiscais de devolução;
  • Realizar compensações de valores no sistema;
  • Efetuar pagamentos de despesas em dinheiro;
  • Registrar receitas e despesas não vinculadas à emissão de notas fiscais;
  • Realizar operações de suprimento e sangria de caixa;
  • Acompanhar e realizar o controle de ponto dos colaboradores;
  • Organizar, controlar e manter arquivados os documentos administrativos.

REQUISITOS

  • Residir em Uberlândia – MG;
  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência mínima de 6 meses na função;
  • Experiência com recebimento e movimentação de valores;
  • Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas, faturamento e lançamentos em sistemas;
  • Conhecimento em Excel e planilhas de controle;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes, responsabilidade e facilidade de adaptação.

REMUNERAÇÃO E BENEFÍCIOS

Salário: R$ 1.800,00 a R$ 2.500,00, conforme experiência e conhecimentos apresentados.

INFORMAÇÕES IMPORTANTES SOBRE A VAGA

O profissional atuará como ferista, realizando a cobertura de férias, folgas e ausências de colaboradores nas três unidades da empresa:

  • Filial Troca de Óleo: Avenida Floriano Peixoto – Bairro Nossa Senhora Aparecida;
  • Filial Auto Center: Avenida Floriano Peixoto – Bairro Nossa Senhora Aparecida;
  • Filial Troca de Óleo: Avenida José Fonseca e Silva – Bairro Dona Zulmira.

É necessário ter disponibilidade para deslocamento entre as unidades, conforme a necessidade da operação.
