The posting

Necessário experiência em transportadora de fracionados.

Funções: Otimizar todas as informações relacionadas às coletas: lançamento de ocorrências por parte dos motoristas, fotos dos produtos coletados, coletas frustradas, tempo de espera e demais informações pertinentes. Constantemente treinar os motoristas para que isso aconteça.

Mensalmente alimentar a planilha de “BSC” que é apresentada na reunião do Conselho com os indicadores relativos a sua área de atuação

Diariamente realizar as reuniões de Check In diário com a equipe, respeitando a frequência e o tempo estabelecido

Fazer com que a área de logística de coletas atue de maneira estratégica e eficiente

Desenvolver melhores processos e procedimentos na área, trazendo inovação e novas soluções; e quando isso acontecer, treinar e capacitar todos os envolvidos no desempenho dos novos processos;

Fazer diariamente interface com a área comercial, identificando situações de mercadorias paradas no armazém e nas filiais, trabalhando para solucionar.

Controlar semanalmente a quantidade de notas fiscais coletadas X bipagens de nota X fotos das mercadorias e registrar no quadro propício;

Roteirizar a entrega de mercadorias provenientes da logística reversa (devoluções) garantindo a entrega final de volta ao embarcador com prazo máximo de 2 dias úteis a partir da data de chegada na matriz;

Na situação de férias ou na ausência do Assistente de Logística, realizar o procedimento de entrada de notas fiscais e comando de coletas aos motoristas;

Acompanhar motoristas em algumas coletas, analisando o grau de dificuldade e possíveis melhorias operacionais;

Fazer a gestão de todas as pessoas envolvidas no setor de coletas, incluindo motoristas e seus ajudantes, participando ativamente do processo de Recrutamento e Seleção, avaliações, Feedbacks, promoções.

Realizar ao menos um treinamento por mês com cada motoristas de coleta, com objetivo de desenvolvimento e capacitação dos mesmos;

Apoiar motoristas e ajudantes nas dificuldades e dúvidas do processo operacional

Apoiar o planejamento, controle e execução das atividades de entregas, carga/descarga e conferência das filiais de MS e de MT, fazendo link diariamente com as gestoras de cada unidade; Apoio em decisões operacionais de dia a dia.

Realização de check lists de controles operacionais

Direcionar as equipes, distribuindo tarefas conforme demanda diária.

Garantir execução correta dos processos operacionais, conforme padrões definidos pela Petrymar.

Apoiar o gestores na tomada de decisões do setor.
