Pets Deli hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, ernährungsbedingten Problemen mit dem richtigen Futter entgegenzuwirken. Gemeinsam mit Tierärzt*innen und auf Basis neuester Ernährungswissenschaften entwickeln wir hochwertige Produkte für Hunde und Katzen. Unser Sortiment umfasst frisches Nass- und Trockenfutter, BARF-Menüs, fleischlose Alternativen und gesunde Snacks – immer mit dem Ziel: "A better world for pet lovers".

Wir expandieren aktuell in die Niederlande – und genau dafür suchen wir dich! Werde Teil unseres Partner-Marketing-Teams und unterstütze uns in Teilzeit (20–25 Std./Woche) oder als Werkstudent:in dabei, unsere Micro-Influencer-, Ambassador- und Züchter-Programme zu betreuen und im niederländischen Markt aufzubauen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Akquise, dem Onboarding und der Betreuung von Micro-Influencer*innen und Markenbotschafter*innen – in Deutschland und den Niederlanden
  • Recherche und Ansprache niederländischer Creator, Ambassadors und Züchter*innen sowie Lokalisierung unserer Outreach-Vorlagen, Briefings und Programm-Materialien
  • Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von Anfragen sowie aktive Kommunikation mit unseren Partner*innen – auf Deutsch und perspektivisch auf Niederländisch
  • Validierung und Überprüfung von Provisionsausschüttungen sowie Mitarbeit beim Reporting unserer Programme
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung & Auswertung von Engagement-Kampagnen zur Aktivierung der Community
  • Einblicke in Prozesse, Tools und Strategien rund um Influencer-, Ambassador- und Partnermarketing – inklusive der Chance, einen Markteintritt von Anfang an mitzuerleben

Dein Profil

  • Deutsch und Niederländisch fließend – Deutsch für die Kommunikation mit unseren Partner*innen, Niederländisch für unseren neuen Markt; Englisch als Company Language ist ein Plus
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Influencer Marketing, Community Management, Social Media oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Begeisterung für Social Media, Influencer Marketing und digitale Markenkommunikation
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis (z. B. für Provisionslogik und Reporting)
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und ein serviceorientiertes Mindset – schriftlich wie mündlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office bzw. Google Workspace, insbesondere Tabellen; Erfahrung mit Influencer- oder Affiliate-Tools ist ein Plus
