Kia Ora! At Petstock Vet Constellation Drive, we practice high-quality veterinary medicine without sacrificing your life outside the clinic.

Located in Rosedale on Auckland's vibrant North Shore, we are looking for a compassionate small animal Veterinarian who wants a progressive caseload, a collaborative support team, and a genuine work-life balance!

Whether you're a local Kiwi or looking for a new place to call home, we offer the mentorship and coastal lifestyle you deserve.

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a veterinarian with 2+ years’ experience to join our team, on a part-time basis (happy to consider casual applicants too).

Ideally you will be available to work every Wednesday, but our roster can be flexible to accommodate you as an individual, alongside clinic needs.

The role requires that you:

  • Are comfortable with all aspects of small animal GP. Some sole charge will be required.
  • Build relationships and deliver high customer service standards to our base of loyal clients.
  • Enjoy and take pride in delivering a high standard of patient care.
  • Contribute to our positive team culture. Bonus points for a good sense of humour.
  • Are proactive and dedicated to your clinical and professional development.
  • Must hold a relevant Veterinary Science degree from an accredited university and be registered (or eligible for registration) with the Veterinary Council of New Zealand

What you can expect:

  • A purpose built clinic with in-house IDEXX pathology machines, digital radiography (dental too) and separate dog/cat wards.
  • A team of hands-on, diploma qualified veterinary nurses who love being actively involved in cases.
  • Genuine work-life balance with no after hours, public holidays, Sundays or on-all roster!
  • Remuneration package negotiable based on experience, with regular reviews that generously rewards performance.
  • Professional development that supports your career goals

Some of the Perks

  • Paid parental leave
  • In-clinic VIN membership
  • Significant Team member, family & pet discounts across Petstock Group & Woolworth’s reward programs
  • Access to the Petstock Group’s Employee Assistance Program (Health & wellbeing support)
  • Conveniently located with direct access to the motorway and nearby public transport.
  • With home improvement stores, supermarkets, and major retail plazas within reach, your post-work errands will be easy to achieve.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
