The posting

Je wordt de rechterhand van onze Operational Manager. Je gaat hem bijstaan in het opmaken van de planning – steeds een complex samenspel tussen de verwachtingen van de klant (tandartsen) en de mogelijkheden van ons labo. Aangezien we drie labo’s hebben is er een overall planning en kunnen we onze opdrachten realiseren door o.a. efficiënt intercompany verkeer. De planning wordt opgemaakt in een specifiek softwarepakket voor tandtechniek (Q-Bridge). Onze klanten zijn tandartsen die een groot belang hechten aan kwaliteit en technische expertise, dé onderscheidende factor van Pevo. Je overlegt met onze klanten over (wijzigingen in) timings en aflevermodaliteiten. In deze contacten draag je met trots het imago van Pevo uit.

Je hebt reeds ervaring met het opmaken van een productieplanning, bij voorkeur in een procesgestuurde maakindustrie. Bij Pevo heeft de planner ook rechtstreeks contact met ons cliënteel waarbij vaak op maat moet bijgestuurd worden i.v.m termijnen. Dus goede communicatieve vaardigheden waarbij op een diplomatische manier met onze klanten wordt overlegd zijn vereist. Het cliënteel is Nederlandstalig. Deze communicatieve vaardigheden zijn ook nodig voor het overleg met de afdelingshoofden van ons labo i.v.m. planning. Je hebt een opleiding op bachelor niveau of bent gelijkwaardig door een gedegen ervaring. Uiteraard kan je vlot overweg met planningssoftware. Wij kijken uit naar kandidaten uit de regio.
