Role Summary
Pfizer is seeking a Director of Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) to lead forecasting, performance management, and analytics capability-building for its antiviral portfolio within Global Commercial Analytics (GCA). The role is anchored in three priorities: (1) owning the mid-term, long-Range Forecast (LRF) and Operating Plan, supported by best-in-class epi- and trend-based models and AI-powered forecasting; (2) managing brand performance and commercial execution through rigorous KPIs, early detection of trend breaks, and timely corrective action; and (3) building state-of-the-art analytics capabilities that move the brand from descriptive reporting toward predictive, decision-ready insight.
Reporting to the IIS Therapeutic Area Team Lead, this person will serve as the senior member of a brand-aligned team of strategists, harnessing insights from multiple sources to develop, pressure test, and socialize the forecast while gaining alignment across US and Global commercial teams. IIS is an important source of intellectual insight on commercial brand strategy: it frames business problems so the business can execute against them, identifies opportunities in performance to unlock brand value, and advises on the drivers of transformational change. Market research and integrated secondary data analytics support these priorities by grounding forecast assumptions, explaining performance, and informing resource allocation.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of high-value brand consultancy, with experience framing, designing, and executing forecasting solutions for challenging business situations. They bring in-depth knowledge of multiple analytic disciplines, exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a collaborative approach with outstanding listening skills, and a sophisticated executive presence that is comfortable working with senior brand leaders. They can work proactively and independently, and influence and drive change at all levels of an organization.

- Review and enhance forecasts and strategic brand plans, applying strong expertise to qualify and quantify the business opportunity, and communicate results and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure accurate, effective performance measurement against forecast and plan, and deliver regular portfolio performance assessments to leadership, with clear articulation of what the data means for the business.
Brand Performance & Execution Management
