WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU

Everything we do, every day, is driven by an unwavering commitment to the patients, healthcare providers, and customers who depend on us.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

In Global Commercial Strategy (GCS), we translate science of R&D into value for patients and Pfizer — from early development through launch, growth, and LOE lifecycle. GCS serves as the strategic engine and commercial voice across the asset lifecycle — shaping asset positioning and evidence generation, leading global launches, and driving sustained access and brand performance through market and payer insights, broad access, & commercial rigor. We take pride in shaping how innovative medicines reach the people who need them most, and ensuring they are accessible, understood, and valued across every market. Our success is anchored in the following Pfizer Blueprint values: Science, Technology, Transformation and Colleagues. Whether you are defining strategy, managing brands at different lifecycle, or building the capabilities that power our commercial engine, your work directly shapes patient outcomes and the long-term success of Pfizer's portfolio.

HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT

This secondment role will support the initiatives that will strengthen and improve ways of working between Global Commercial Teams and the critical stakeholders (e.g., US, International Markets, CMO verticals, etc.). The Secondee will bring the structured governance, cross-functional & stakeholder alignment, change management & communication needed to connect brand strategy to execution. They will partner with Global Marketing, US, ICO, EMCO, and agency teams, and represent GCS in workstreams that streamline content development. The Secondee will also support the planning & managing of the annual Brand Strategy Refresh process which will lead to managing the 2028 OP cycle.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
