Pensum: 40 % - Montag bis Freitag zu Bürozeiten

Für unsere Apotheke & Labor suchen wir eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die unsere Apothekenleitung im Tagesgeschäft unterstützt und eine zuverlässige Medikamentenversorgung unserer Stationen sicherstellt.

Deine Aufgaben ##

  • Bestellung von Medikamenten sowie Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten Lagerhaltung und Verfügbarkeit
  • Richten und Bereitstellen der von den Stationen bestellten Medikamente gemäss den geltenden internen Vorgaben
  • Koordination und Kommunikation zwischen Apotheke, Ärzteschaft und Stationen
  • Unterstützung der Apothekenleitung bei administrativen, organisatorischen und operativen Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Organisation und Überwachung der Wartung von Notfallrucksäcken und medizinischen Geräten
  • Stellvertretung im Labor bei Abwesenheiten und während der Ferien der zuständigen Mitarbeitenden

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Praxisassistentin / Medizinischer Praxisassistent EFZ
  • Erfahrung im Medikamentenmanagement oder in einer Apotheke von Vorteil
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick und Freude an administrativen und logistischen Aufgaben
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Berufsgruppen
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse und sichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Diskretion und einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit Bewohnenden und Mitarbeitenden
