Moderation des PflegePlauschs

Bei unserem PflegePlausch kommen Teilnehmende regelmäßig mit Expertinnen und Experten aus unterschiedlichen Fachrichtungen ins Gespräch. Du sorgst dafür, dass die Termine gut strukturiert ablaufen und sich alle Beteiligten wohlfühlen.

  • Du unterstützt regelmäßig die Moderation unseres PflegePlauschs – mindestens zweiwöchentlich, je nach Planung auch wöchentlich. Aktuell findet der PflegePlausch in der Regel mittwochs von 19:30 bis 20:30 Uhr statt, perspektivisch sind auch andere Termine möglich.
  • Du begrüßt die Teilnehmenden, moderierst unseren Expertin oder unsere Expertin an und leitest anschließend nach dem fachlichen Input in die gemeinsame Austauschrunde über.
  • Du begleitest Fragen und Gespräche und sorgst für einen offenen, wertschätzenden und angenehmen Rahmen.

Untertitel sorgfältig prüfen und bearbeiten

  • Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Prüfung und Bearbeitung der Untertitel unserer digitalen Pflegekurse. Diese werden mithilfe eines Tools erstellt und anschließend von dir auf Richtigkeit geprüft. Gleichzeitig sichtest du die zugehörigen Kursvideos und prüfst, ob beim Schnitt alles stimmig ist.

Optional:

  • Je nach Stundenumfang unterstützt du uns außerdem bei der Bearbeitung und Pflege von Blogartikeln.
  • Wenn darüber hinaus Kapazitäten bestehen, kannst du dich auch in weitere Content- und Marketingthemen einbringen und eigene Ideen mitgestalten.

Dein Profil

  • Du trittst offen, freundlich und empathisch auf und fühlst dich wohl dabei, digitale Gesprächsrunden zu moderieren.
  • Du kannst gut zuhören und begegnest unterschiedlichen Menschen und ihren Erfahrungen wertschätzend.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, zuverlässig und selbstständig.
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und ein sicheres Gefühl für Rechtschreibung und Sprache.
  • Vorerfahrung in der Pflege ist kein Muss – wichtiger ist uns, dass du Interesse an den Themen mitbringst.
