Wir suchen per 01\.02\.2027 eine Fachperson Gesundheit oder eine Fachperson Betreuung in einem Pensum von 40 % bis 80 %.

Die Spitex in Waldkirch wurde mit der Vision gegründet, einem 61\-jährigen , der infolge einer Hirnblutung mit einer Aphasie lebt, ein erfülltes Leben in seinen eigenen vier Wänden zu ermöglichen. Eine individuelle und warmherzige Betreuung, welche durch die Angehörigen gewünscht wird, steht im Zentrum.

Unser Team besteht aus fünf engagierten Pflegefachkräften, die tagsüber den Klienten pflegen und betreuen. In dieser familiären Atmosphäre kannst du deine Fachkompetenz und deine Persönlichkeit voll einbringen und direkt zu seiner Lebensqualität beitragen.

Deine Aufgaben:

Deine Aufgaben sind äusserst vielschichtig, sinnstiftend und von Respekt sowie Menschlichkeit geprägt. In unserem familiären Pflegeteam kannst du dich persönlich einbringen und eine wichtige im Alltag des Patienten übernehmen.

Pflege und Betreuung:

Sicherstellung und Durchführung einer bedürfnisorientierten und professionellen Pflege sowie Betreuung während deiner Dienstzeit. Unterstütze unseren Klienten im alltäglichen Leben und bei der Freizeitgestaltung, mit seiner Belastung umzugehen und seine Selbständigkeit im Alltag zu fördern.

Aktivierung:

Aktive Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Aktivitäten zur Förderung eines spannenden und erfüllten Alltags.

Arzt und Therapietermine:

Organisation, Koordination und Begleitung von Arzt\- und Therapieterminen.

Haushalt:

Unterstützung bei hauswirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten wie Kochen, Einkaufen und Reinigung.

Das suchen wir:

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ oder Fachperson Betreuung EFZ.
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit den spezifischen Herausforderungen nach einer Hirnverletzung oder bei Aphasie sind von grossem Vorteil.
  • Du verfügst über einen Führerausweis der Kategorie B.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige, exakte und effiziente Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus. Deine ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, deine offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit sowie dein Teamgeist runden dein Profil ideal ab.
