Im Pflegezentrum Brunnmatt in Liestal wohnen 74 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner. Wir beschäftigen rund 120 Mitarbeitende inkl. 12 Lernende. Auf unserer Webseite www.brunnmatt.ch können Sie sich eingehend über unser Unternehmen informieren.

Ihre Rolle bei uns

  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess und eine professionelle Pflege
  • Sie beraten und begleiten Bewohnende und Angehörige kompetent und wertschätzend
  • Sie koordinieren Pflegeabläufe und stellen Dokumentation und Leistungserfassung sicher
  • Sie wirken an der Weiterentwicklung von Pflegequalität, Hygiene und Sicherheit mit

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/ Pflegefachmann HF
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Fach- und Sozialkompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
  • Gute Deutsch- und IT-Kenntnisse
  • Ausbildung als interRAI LTCF-Supervisor/-in von Vorteil; Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren, erwünscht
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und eine wertschätzende Haltung
