V PFX dáváme život kreativním nápadům, od vizuálních efektů a animace přes postprodukci až po nové možnosti, které přináší AI. Pracujeme na projektech, které nás baví, s klienty, kteří od nás čekají skvělé výsledky, a s lidmi, kteří svou práci opravdu umí.

Teď hledáme Producer / Account Managera, který se ujme jednoho z našich klíčových klientů v Praze a bude s ním a našimi týmy posouvat společné projekty od prvního nápadu až po finální výsledek.

Pokud tě baví práce s lidmi, kreativní prostředí, různorodé projekty a situace, kdy je potřeba rychle přemýšlet, hledat řešení a mít věci pod kontrolou, možná hledáme právě tebe.

Co tě u nás čeká:

  • Budeš v každodenním kontaktu s klientem, dobře znát jeho potřeby a budovat vztah, na kterém se dá dlouhodobě stavět.
  • Převezmeš klientská zadání, budeš řešit nové požadavky, komunikaci a očekávání na obou stranách.
  • Povedeš projekty od prvního briefu a přípravy nabídky přes plánování a produkci až po finální dodání.
  • Společně s Head of Production a Supervisory budeš připravovat nabídky, řešit rozpočty, termíny a kapacity.
  • Propojíš práci různých týmů a povedeš produkci projektů od klasické postprodukce a VFX až po ty s využitím AI.
  • Když se změní zadání, priority nebo plány, najdeš cestu, jak projekt posunout dál.
  • Budeš mít přehled o rozpočtech, termínech, kapacitách i kvalitě výsledné práce.
  • Dokážeš skloubit přání klienta s možnostmi týmu a najít řešení, se kterým budou spokojení všichni.

Koho hledáme:

  • Máš zkušenosti s account managementem, péčí o klienty nebo produkcí, ideálně z reklamní agentury, kreativního studia nebo produkční společnosti.
  • Baví tě práce s klienty, umíš pochopit jejich očekávání a víš, jak si získat jejich důvěru.
  • Jsi samostatný/á, organizovaný/á a umíš převzít zodpovědnost za věci od začátku do konce.
  • Dokážeš rychle reagovat, zachovat klid a udržet si přehled, i když se toho děje hodně najednou.
  • Jsi člověk, který hledá řešení a nenechá věci jen tak vyšumět.
  • S lidmi jednáš přirozeně, otevřeně a sebevědomě. Umíš vyjednávat, zvládnout i složitější rozhovory a nastavit hranice, když je potřeba.
  • Mluvíš plynně česky a bez problémů komunikuješ anglicky.You speak fluent Czech and can communicate confidently in English in everyday work situations.
