Position Summary

The Facilities Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of facilities operations across PGA TOUR Superstore Retail Stores, the Store Support Center (SSC), and the Customer Care Center (CCC). This role manages the intake, assignment, and tracking of repair and maintenance requests, maintains accurate asset and work order data in ServiceChannel, and partners with the internal facilities team and vendors to ensure timely resolution and a high level of service to stores and business partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day execution of facilities operations across the Retail portfolio.
  • Assign repair and maintenance tickets, including emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor scheduling, to the internal facilities team for triage.
  • Monitor work order queues to ensure timely assignment, completion, communication, and resolution of facility-related requests.
  • Support the entry of all assets into ServiceChannel.
  • Review vendor quotes and proposals for scope and pricing accuracy.
  • Validate completed work against scope before ticket closure.
  • Follow and apply established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), department policies, and service standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for work orders, vendor activity, preventative maintenance, and facilities metrics.
  • Support special projects and additional duties as assigned in support of the Manager, Facilities & Special Projects.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of facilities coordination or facilities management experience, preferably supporting multi-site retail or corporate environments.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage a high volume of requests, and make sound decisions on behalf of the stores without direct supervision.
  • Strong customer service skills when working with third-party contractors, vendors, and Associates.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications and support troubleshooting, maintenance, and facility improvement projects.
  • Communication: Strong listening and interpersonal skills for working with facilities partners, internal teams, and stores.
  • Computer: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ServiceNow, ServiceChannel, Smartsheet, Coupa, and Asana is a plus.
  • Organization: Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Retail and IFMA/BOMA facilities experience preferred but not required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Monday – Friday onsite 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. based out of our Roswell, GA Store Support Center. Flexibility to work extended, varied hours, and nights as needed. Hours may vary based on business needs.
  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time as the job is completed primarily at a desk each day. Variable desk heights are offered so alternatively sitting and/or standing at the desk is optional.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
