Deine Aufgaben

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen via Ticketsystem
  • Erste Fehleranalyse und eigenständige Lösung von Standardproblemen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
  • Einrichtung und Betreuung von Arbeitsplätzen (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker, Peripherie)
  • Unterstützung bei der Benutzerverwaltung (z. B. Passwort-Reset, Rechtevergabe)
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Standardsoftware nach Vorgabe
  • Unterstützung beim Software-Rollout auf Endgeräten (z. B. Verteilung von Updates und Anwendungen)
  • Mitwirkung beim Betriebssystem-Rollout (z. B. Installation und Einrichtung von Windows auf neuen Geräten)
  • Weiterleitung komplexerer Anfragen an den Second-Level-Support
  • Dokumentation von Lösungen und Prozessen im Ticketsystem
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Rollouts und kleineren Projekten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Pflege und Aktualisierung der IT-Dokumentation
  • Freundliche Unterstützung der Anwender bei IT-Fragen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene IT-nahe Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in, IT-Systemelektroniker/in) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Helpdesk-Umfeld wünschenswert
  • Grundkenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und MS Office
  • Technisches Verständnis für PC-Hardware und Standardsoftware
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Software- und Betriebssystem-Rollouts von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung im IT-Bereich
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens B2-Niveau in Wort und Schrift
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Serviceorientierung gegenüber Anwendern
