Job Summary

You will manage administrative tasks to support smooth operations at a Chinese tuition centre, including communication, scheduling, attendance tracking, invoicing, payment follow-up, and light cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming calls to provide timely information and support to students and parents
  • Schedule classes efficiently to optimize resource use and accommodate student needs
  • Arrange replacement classes promptly when students miss lessons to ensure continuous learning
  • Record and maintain accurate attendance to track student participation
  • Generate and send invoices and update the database to maintain accurate financial and student records
  • Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely fee collection
  • Perform light cleaning duties twice weekly to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Work on weekends as required to support centre operations

Other Information

  • Work schedule includes a 5-day work week with weekend availability
  • Company provides 20 days of block leave annually (10 days in June, 10 days in December)
