The posting

Wil jij werken met mensen met een ernstig meervoudige beperking (EMB) en vind je het leuk om te werken op de dagbesteding? Je werkt 16 uur per week binnen de dagbesteding, met maandag en vrijdag als vaste werkdag.

Jouw werkplek

Groot Schutterhoef is een groene, landelijke locatie in Leusden. Op de locatie wonen mensen met een verstandelijke beperking, waaronder bewoners met een ernstig meervoudige beperking. Op het erf bevindt zich de eigen dagbesteding. Hier staan structuur, beleving, persoonlijke aandacht en een passende daginvulling centraal. Muziek, snoezelen, activiteiten en buiten zijn kunnen onderdeel zijn van de dag.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je werkt iedere maandag en vrijdag binnen de dagbesteding (werktijden zijn van 08.00 tot 16.00 uur);
  • Je begeleidt bewoners tijdens activiteiten op het erf;
  • Je biedt activiteiten aan die aansluiten bij de mogelijkheden en beleving van bewoners;
  • Je zorgt voor structuur, veiligheid en een prettige sfeer;
  • Je werkt samen met collega's van de dagbesteding en de woningen.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent betrokken, geduldig en brengt rust in je handelen. Je vindt het mooi om aan te sluiten bij mensen die zich vaak op een andere manier uiten dan met woorden.

Daarnaast:

  • heb je een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 3 of 4 binnen Zorg & Welzijn;
  • heb je ervaring met of affiniteit voor EMB en intensieve ADL;
  • kun je goed observeren en aansluiten bij kleine signalen;
  • werk je graag samen met collega's en andere betrokkenen;

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris volgens de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, FWG 35 (€ 2.649,- tot € 3.708,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur);
  • 16 uur per week dagbesteding, met de maandag en vrijdag als vaste werkdagen;
  • Trainingen, opleidingen en mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen;
  • Faciliteiten rondom vitaliteit, coaching en duurzame inzetbaarheid;
  • Een betrokken team en een groene, landelijke werkomgeving.
