Werken op Radeland

Als persoonlijk begeleider EMB (Ernstig Meervoudig Beperkt) werk jij op een prachtige locatie in Brummen vlak onder de rook van Zutphen, een rustige omgeving met veel groen, goede voorzieningen en een eigen treinstation. Vanuit hier ben je zo in Zutphen of Arnhem. Het dorpse karakter en de natuur zorgen voor een prettige werkomgeving. Op Radeland wonen ruim 60 ouder wordende bewoners, verdeeld over 7 woningen. Jij helpt hen bij dagelijkse activiteiten zoals eten, ontspanning, sociale momenten en persoonlijke verzorging. Daarbij maak jij gebruik van de ruime tuin, de gezamenlijke woonkamers. Collega’s ervaren dat er hier écht nog tijd is voor de bewoners – en dat maakt het werk bijzonder. We hebben alle moderne apparatuur, waardoor je de maximale ondersteuning ervaart die er nodig is om je werk goed te kunnen uitoefenen.

Je team

Je staat er nooit alleen voor. Je werkt samen met een hecht team van begeleiders en hebt ondersteuning van collega’s zoals verpleegkundigen, fysiotherapeuten, gedragsdeskundigen, een logopedist en activiteitenbegeleiders. Samen zorg je voor een stabiele en warme omgeving voor de bewoners. Heb jij een goed idee? Dan wordt daar bij ons echt naar geluisterd. De sfeer op deze locatie Radeland in Brummen is fijn en prettig. We doen het met elkaar, kijken naar wat jij nodig hebt en hoe wij dit samen kunnen organiseren.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een salaris volgens FWG 35 CAO Gehandicaptenzorg 2025-2026 (€ 2.597,- tot € 3.635- o.b.v. 36 uur): plus extra toeslag bij onregelmatigheid;

  • Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd: zodat je met zekerheid kunt werken;

Wat jij meebrengt

Jij hebt oprechte interesse in de mensen om je heen, blijft rustig in spannende situaties en ziet altijd mogelijkheden, het verzorgen van mensen zit in je.

  • Een mbo-3 of mbo-4 diploma in Zorg & Welzijn: of een vergelijkbare opleiding;
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring met mensen met een ernstig meervoudige beperking (EMB);
  • Goede communicatieve en administratieve vaardigheden: en de bereidheid om hierin te blijven leren;
  • Handigheid met digitale systemen zoals Word, Outlook of het ECD: of de motivatie om dit snel op te pakken;
  • Flexibiliteit om onregelmatige diensten te werken: dag, avond en weekend.
