Op Groot Schutterhoef in Leusden ondersteun jij mensen met een ernstig meervoudige beperking (EMB) bij hun dagelijkse zorg en welzijn. Jij begrijpt cliënten zonder woorden, ziet kleine signalen en maakt van ieder moment een waardevolle beleving.

Werken op Groot Schutterhoef In een groene, rustige buurt tussen Amersfoort en Leusden ligt Groot Schutterhoef: een woonvoorziening voor 40 mensen met een ernstig meervoudige beperking, verdeeld over vier woningen. Elke woning heeft een eigen, hecht team van begeleiders en persoonlijk begeleiders. Jij wordt onderdeel van een betrokken groep zorgprofessionals die dagelijks met warmte, deskundigheid en creativiteit het verschil maken voor bewoners.

Hier werk je op een locatie waar:

  • De groene, landelijke omgeving rust geeft voor bewoners en medewerkers;
  • De woningen kleinschalig en huiselijk zijn, met vaste teams per woning;
  • Intensieve zorg en persoonlijke aandacht hand in hand gaan.

Jouw rol als Begeleider EMB Als begeleider EMB zorg jij voor een veilige, vertrouwde en stimulerende leefomgeving. Je ondersteunt bewoners bij alle dagelijkse activiteiten en past je begeleiding aan op hun individuele behoeften. Je werkt methodisch, maar vooral mensgericht.

Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere:

  • Bieden van intensieve (ADL-)zorg, zoals wassen, aankleden en medicatie;
  • Ondersteunen bij maaltijden en dagelijkse bezigheden;
  • Creëren van geluksmomenten met activiteiten en belevingen op maat;
  • Lezen van non-verbale signalen en hier direct op inspelen;
  • Samenwerken in een leuk team met veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng.

Over jou Je hebt een warm hart voor mensen met een ernstig meervoudige beperking en ziet mogelijkheden in elk moment. Je begrijpt dat communicatie vaak non-verbaal verloopt en hebt het geduld en de sensitiviteit om dit te vertalen naar goede zorg.

  • Minimaal mbo niveau 3 of 4 in Zorg & Welzijn (bijv. MMZ 3 of 4);
  • Bereidheid tot bijscholing in ADL en medicatie als dat nodig is;
  • Ervaring met of interesse in de EMB-doelgroep (pré);
  • Bereidheid tot werken in onregelmatige diensten (dag, avond, weekend, slaap).
