Jouw werkplek

De Scandinaviëlaan is een zorglocatie waar intensieve zorg en een fijne sfeer samenkomen. Hier wonen zo’n 50 cliënten met een ernstig meervoudige beperking waarvan een gedeelte ouder wordend is, verspreid over vijf kleinschalige woningen. Iedere woning heeft plek voor negen bewoners met EMB en een unieke mix van zorg- en begeleidingsvragen. We werken met de LACCS-methodiek: zorg én dagbesteding lopen vloeiend in elkaar over. Fika, ons gezellige dagcentrum, is een levendige plek waar cliënten tot bloei komen.

Wat je gaat doen

Als begeleider bied je dagelijkse ondersteuning en zorg aan cliënten. Je bent dichtbij, signaleert behoeften en speelt hierop in.

  • Begeleiden van cliënten in het dagelijks leven
  • Bieden van structuur, veiligheid en nabijheid
  • Inspelen op gedrag en belevingswereld van cliënten
  • Samenwerken met collega’s en het netwerk rondom de cliënt
  • Rapporteren en meedenken over passende zorg

Je werkt in onregelmatige diensten (vroeg, laat, weekend en mogelijk slaapdiensten).

Wat jij meebrengt

Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen , motivatie en houding zijn voor ons het belangrijkst.

Jij:

  • Hebt affiniteit met EMB en intensieve zorg
  • Bent flexibel inzetbaar (diensten + weekenden)
  • Staat stevig in je schoenen en blijft rustig bij gedragsuitdagingen
  • Wilt leren en jezelf ontwikkelen
  • Werkt graag samen en reflecteert op je handelen
  • Bent in het bezit van een niveau 3 of 4 zorgdiploma. Of nog niet, maar wel gemotiveerd? Dan willen we wel het gesprek met je aangaan

Bij Philadelphia Zorg krijg je de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen én om echt verschil te maken voor bewoners.

Wij bieden:

  • Een brutosalaris volgens de CAO gehandicaptenzorg van minimaal € 2.649- en maximaal € 3.708,- (FWG 35) bij een fulltime dienstverband van 36 uur, gebaseerd op je ervaring en opleiding. En bij onregelmatige diensten krijg je een extra toeslag, en natuurlijk ontvang je vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering;
  • In eerste instantie een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een contract voor onbepaalde tijd;
  • Allerlei trainingen om bij te blijven in je vak, ook als het gaat om verpleegtechnische handelingen;
  • Faciliteiten om 'goed in je vel' te zitten, zoals coaching, nét wat je nodig hebt;

Salaris en inschaling worden vastgesteld volgens de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg.
