Misschien werk je al als (maatschappelijk) begeleider, sociaal werker, verzorgende of in de gehandicaptenzorg. Of heb je een andere achtergrond binnen Zorg & Welzijn. Wat voor ons vooral telt? Dat jij er écht voor onze bewoners wilt zijn.

Wat ga je doen

Als Begeleider ondersteun je volwassenen met een licht verstandelijke beperking (LVB) of verstandelijke beperking (VB) bij het dagelijks leven. Je biedt structuur, helpt bewoners om zo zelfstandig mogelijk te zijn en weet goed in te spelen op verschillende situaties. Dit doe je aan de Van Ewijckstraat in Dordrecht, een locatie in de wijk Wielwijk. Hier wonen 16 volwassenen met een LVB of VB en allemaal een eigen ondersteuningsvraag hebben. Bewoners zijn veel onderdeel van de wijk. Je gaat bijvoorbeeld samen naar voorzieningen in de buurt of onderneemt activiteiten rondom de tuin en plantenkas.

Jouw werkzaamheden in een notendop:

  • Je biedt begeleiding en ondersteuning aan volwassenen met LVB/VB;
  • Je helpt bewoners bij dagelijkse vaardigheden en lichte ADL;
  • Je biedt structuur, duidelijkheid en voorspelbaarheid;
  • Je signaleert en duidt gedrag;
  • Je werkt vanuit ondersteuningsplannen en rapporteert;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig binnen een zelforganiserend team.

Je werkt in dag-, avond-, slaap- en weekenddiensten. Een dagdienst is van 12.00 tot 21.00 uur en een slaapdienst van 17.00 tot 12.00 uur de volgende dag.

Over jou

Je bent rustig, flexibel, duidelijk en stabiel. Je kunt zelfstandig handelen, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking met je collega's. Met jouw humor en persoonlijke benadering maak je gemakkelijk contact met bewoners.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je een mbo-3 of mbo-4 diploma Zorg & Welzijn, bijvoorbeeld Begeleider, MMZ of Sociaal Werk;
  • Heb je affiniteit of ervaring met LVB/VB;
  • Kun je structuur bieden en omgaan met onvoorspelbaar gedrag;
  • Ben je bereid om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen.

Ervaring met autisme, gedrag, lichte GGZ-problematiek, Active Support of wijkgericht werken is mooi meegenomen.

Dit krijg je van ons

  • Een brutosalaris volgens de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg in FWG 35, afhankelijk van je ervaring en opleiding. Vanaf 1 november 2026 is dit €2.649,- tot €3.708,- bij een fulltime dienstverband van 36 uur.
  • Een jaarcontract, met uitzicht op een vast contract;
