Locatie en beleving

Bij Plus Amsterdam bieden we naschoolse begeleiding aan kinderen en jongeren (4 -20 jaar) uit het speciaal onderwijs (SO en VSO). De groepen zijn verspreid over Amsterdam Noord, Oost, West en Buitenveldert. Elke locatie is uniek, maar samen vormen we één hecht team waarin je gehoord wordt, jezelf mag zijn én mee mag bouwen.

Ons team is jong, divers en open. We vinden het belangrijk dat iedereen zich welkom voelt, of je nu medewerker bent of kind. Je mag zijn wie je bent en we kijken actief wat jóúw plek is binnen het team. Werken doe je op vaste dagen (SO 13:30–18:00 / VSO 14:00-18:00), op een vaste locatie of flexibel tussen de groepen. Net wat bij jou past. En met regelmaat organiseren we teamuitjes, borrels én investeren we volop in persoonlijke groei.

Elke locatie is anders waar pas jij het best?

Amsterdam Oost – SO Trauma-sensitief ingericht, met prikkelarme ruimtes, hoekjes om tot rust te komen en een veilige sfeer waarin kinderen zich écht gezien voelen.

Amsterdam Noord – VSO Hier draait alles om nabijheid. Intensieve begeleiding, veel één-op-één momenten. Samen 100% gaan: als dat jouw kracht is, zit je hier goed.

Amsterdam West – SO Een open school met een fijne speelplaats. Kinderen spelen graag buiten. Je staat hier stevig, want de begeleidingsvraag is intensief. En: we vieren álles van verjaardagen tot 'leerling van de week' op het SMART-bord.

Buitenveldert – VSO Creatieve hotspot! Een school vol kunst, cultuur, themaweken en projecten. Perfect als jij barst van de ideeën en kinderen daarin weet mee te nemen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je begeleidt kinderen/jongeren in groepsverband na schooltijd;
  • Je brengt structuur, plezier en rust in de naschoolse setting;
  • Je sluit sensitief aan bij de sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling;
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s, ouders, scholen en behandelaren;
  • Je denkt mee, reflecteert en groeit samen én individueel.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding (bijv. MMZ, SPW, Pedagogisch Medewerker, Persoonlijk Begeleider);
  • Ervaring met kinderen/jongeren in het speciaal onderwijs of met een LVB is een pre;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, staat stevig in je schoenen en hebt gevoel voor groepsdynamiek;
  • Je denkt in mogelijkheden en vindt samenwerken én sparren vanzelfsprekend;
  • Je vindt het normaal dat iedereen wordt gehoord en voelt je thuis in een divers team.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een afwisselende functie van 4 tot 24 uur per week (werktijden 13:30-18:00 of 14:00-18:00);
  • FWG 40 volgens CAO Gehandicaptenzorg: € 2.893 - € 3.902 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur);
  • Flexibiliteit: werk op één vaste groep of wissel tussen locaties passend bij jouw voorkeur;
  • Een hecht team vol diverse achtergronden, waar je welkom bent zoals je bent;
  • Trainingen, e-learnings en coaching op maat we investeren echt in jouw groei;
  • Regelmatige teamuitjes en borrels, want plezier hoort er ook bij.
