Wij wonen hier met 29 ouder wordende mensen van verschillende achtergronden, in een appartementencomplex midden in een woonwijk van Bennekom. Iedereen heeft zijn eigen appartement, maar we komen ook graag samen in onze huiselijke woonkamer. Overdag gaan we naar werk en dagbesteding of hebben we onze eigen bezigheden.

Team de Breehof & Uitdaging

Als begeleider LVB bij onze locatie kom je te werken in een gedreven en enthousiast team. Samen met o.a. gedragsdeskundigen, verpleegkundigen, logopedisten en fysiotherapeuten bied je ons de begeleiding die past bij wie we zijn. Hierbij krijg je ook ondersteuning van ons netwerk!

Die begeleiding krijgen wij naar behoefte en niveau. Dit betekent dat goede zorg en begeleiding er voor iedereen anders uit ziet; we zijn ten slotte allemaal uniek. Als team creëer je een veilige en stabiele omgeving waarin je ons helpt om de wereld om ons heen te begrijpen. Daarbij ondersteun je ons om op eigen benen te staan, zoals bij het huishouden, persoonlijke verzorging, omgang met familie en vrienden en koken. Hierbij is het doel om ons zo volwaardig mogelijk te laten mee doen in de maatschappij en onze wereld te vergroten.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent zorgzaam, doelgericht en houdt van duidelijkheid, zonder streng te zijn. Jij creëert structuur én blijft flexibel, zodat je kunt bijdragen aan wat iemand écht nodig heeft. Naast werken op de Breehof sta je er ook voor open om zo nu en dan iets te betekenen voor de andere locaties van Philadelphia in het gebied.

Wat je verder meebrengt:

  • Een mbo diploma in Zorg & Welzijn, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van Maatschappelijke Zorg.
  • Ervaring in het werken met mensen met een licht verstandelijke beperking is een pre.
  • Goede communicatieve en administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Handigheid met digitale systemen (zoals Outlook of het ECD).
  • Bereidheid om onregelmatige diensten te werken (dag, avond, slaapdienst en weekend).
