Vacature gehandicaptenzorg: Begeleider LVB (24-36 uur per week) – FWG 35 (€ 2.649 tot € 3.708) – Utrecht

Ga jij de uitdaging aan om als begeleider bewoners met een lichte verstandelijke beperking te ondersteunen om zoveel mogelijk op eigen benen te staan? Dan is dit jouw plek!

Locatie Jeanne d'Arcdreef Op de Jeanne d’Arcdreef in Utrecht Overvecht wonen 33 mensen met een lichte verstandelijke beperking en bijkomende hulpvragen, zoals autisme, psychische problematiek, gedragsproblematiek en soms ook verslavingsproblematiek. Daarbij zijn bewoners mondig en sociaal sterk. Iedere bewoner heeft een eigen appartement in het appartementencomplex, met in de tuin zelfs een zwembad! (Helaas wel een opblaaszwembad.) Daarbij zijn er gezamenlijke ruimtes waar bewoners samenkomen voor een kop koffie, een spelletje of gewoon wat gezelligheid.

Jouw team Als begeleider LVB werk je in een team dat volop in ontwikkeling is. Samen werken jullie aan meer duidelijkheid, eenduidigheid en goede begeleiding voor bewoners. Je stapt dus niet in een team waar alles al vaststaat, maar bouwt actief mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling. Er is volop ruimte voor nieuwe ideeën, frisse energie en collega’s die willen meedenken over de toekomst van de locatie.

Jouw uitdaging Je biedt structuur en ondersteunt bewoners bij dagelijkse activiteiten, zoals persoonlijke verzorging, koken, financiën, sociale contacten, financiën, werk of dagbesteding en het plannen van de dag. Daarbij werk je voornamelijk avond- en slaapdiensten. Juist op die momenten bied je rust en veiligheid, help je bij spanningen of complexe situaties en ben je beschikbaar wanneer een bewoner ondersteuning nodig heeft.

Daarbij kijk je steeds naar wat iemand zelf kan en wat nodig is om een volgende stap te zetten. Je neemt niet zomaar taken over, maar legt uit, oefent samen en geeft vertrouwen. Zo vergroot je hun wereld. Soms stel je duidelijke grenzen, terwijl je op andere momenten juist ruimte geeft om zelf keuzes te maken of iets te proberen. Juist daarin komen liefde, lef en meesterschap samen. Je bouwt een band op, durft duidelijk te zijn en zet je vakkennis in om de juiste balans te vinden tussen ondersteunen en loslaten. Zo help je bewoners om steeds meer grip te krijgen op hun eigen leven.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een contract voor 24 tot 36 uur per week in FWG 35, met een salaris van € 2.597 tot € 3.635 bruto per maand bij 36 uur..
  • Onregelmatigheidstoeslag, goede pensioenopbouw, een collectieve zorgverzekering, 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. (Je kunt ook kiezen voor maandelijkse uitbetaling van je vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering).
  • Trainingen en ontwikkeling gericht op onder andere LVB, communicatie, grenzen stellen en het stimuleren van eigen regie.
  • Trainingen & opleidingen en van alles om je mentale en fysieke gezondheid te versterken (mindfulness, coaching, fitness, zwangerschaps- of overgangsbegeleiding).
  • Allerlei kortingen voor een dag of avond uit met familie en vrienden. Bekijk al onze arbeidsvoorwaarden. Wie ben jij? Je blijft rustig in lastige situaties, communiceert duidelijk en durft grenzen te stellen. Je staat stevig in je schoenen, gebruikt humor waar dat past en stimuleert bewoners om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen. Wat je verder meebrengt:
  • Een mbo-3 of mbo-4 diploma in Zorg & Welzijn, zoals Begeleider Maatschappelijke Zorg.
  • Affiniteit met complexe doelgroepen binnen de gehandicaptenzorg en GGZ.
  • Goede communicatieve en administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Handigheid met digitale systemen (zoals Outlook of het ECD).
