Werk jij graag met mensen met een licht verstandelijke beperking en wil je echt iets betekenen in hun dagelijks leven? Op de Naarderstraat in Hilversum krijg je de ruimte om als begeleider cliënten te begeleiden naar meer zelfstandigheid, op een manier die bij hen past.

Jouw werkplek Midden in Hilversum, vlak bij het marktplein, ligt een modern appartementencomplex waar 21 cliënten wonen. Iedereen heeft een eigen plek en leeft zo zelfstandig mogelijk, met begeleiding waar nodig. De doelgroep is divers. Mensen met een licht verstandelijke beperking, soms met lichte gedragsproblematiek. Dat maakt het werk afwisselend en vraagt om maatwerk. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 10 betrokken collega’s. Samen zorgen jullie voor een fijne, veilige en stabiele omgeving. En minstens zo belangrijk, een plek waar ook ruimte is voor humor en elkaar helpen.

Wat ga je doen In deze rol begeleid je cliënten in hun dagelijks leven en ondersteun je hen bij het maken van eigen keuzes, zodat ze zo zelfstandig mogelijk kunnen functioneren. Je sluit aan bij wat iemand wel kan en biedt begeleiding op maat. Je houdt overzicht over de benodigde administratieve taken, waaronder rapportages en het werken met het ECD, en ondersteunt waar nodig bij medicatie en lichte ADL-taken.

Wat neem je mee Jij bent iemand die structuur en duidelijkheid waardeert, maar ook flexibel inspeelt op wat op dat moment nodig is. Je voelt goed aan hoe je cliënten kunt ondersteunen en hoe je samen met collega’s het beste uit het team haalt.

Wat jou typeert:

  • Minimaal mbo-3 opleiding in Zorg & Welzijn;
  • Ervaring met of interesse in de LVB-doelgroep;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke teamspeler;
  • Blijft rustig in uitdagende situaties en staat stevig in je schoenen;
  • Beschikbaar voor onregelmatige diensten (dag, avond, weekend en slaapdiensten).

Wat bieden wij

  • Salaris volgens CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, FWG 35 (€ 2.597 - € 3.635 bij 36 uur);
  • Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd uren in overleg (20-24 uur);
  • Ruimte om je rol echt vorm te geven, in nauwe samenwerking met je manager, gedragsdeskundige en het multidisciplinaire team;
  • Toegang tot ons Leerhuis, (LVB-)scholingen en ontwikkelmogelijkheden richting bijvoorbeeld meer regie- of adviesrollen;
