Vacature gehandicaptenzorg: Begeleider (24-28 uur per week) – FWG 35 (€ 2.649 tot € 3.708) – Sint Pancras

Kun jij makkelijk schakelen tussen verschillende ondersteuningsvragen en bewoners helpen zoveel mogelijk zelf de regie te houden? Dan is dit jouw plek als begeleider!

Locatie

Op locatie Twuyverhoek in Sint Pancras wonen 27 bewoners met een licht tot matige verstandelijke beperking, ieder in een eigen appartement. De ondersteuningsvragen zijn heel divers, met onder andere psychiatrische of somatische problematiek, autisme, NAH, verslaving, ADL-zorg en verpleegtechnische handelingen. Je werkt vanuit een centraal steunpunt midden in de buurt.

Jouw team

Als begeleider werk je in een team van 10 collega’s. Jullie ondersteunen bewoners vanuit het steunpunt en zoeken elkaar op om kennis en ervaringen te delen. Er is ruimte om te leren én om jouw eigen kennis en ideeën in te brengen. Of, zoals het team het zelf omschrijft: het leukste team van HAL en omgeving 😊.

Jouw uitdaging

Je ondersteunt bewoners in hun eigen appartement bij hun persoonlijke zorgvraag. De ene bewoner heeft vooral begeleiding nodig, terwijl je bij een ander ADL-zorg of verpleegtechnische handelingen uitvoert. Ook help je bij huishoudelijke taken en dagelijkse activiteiten. Op maandag tot en met vrijdag kook je als begeleiding voor een groep bewoners. Je deelt medicatie en signaleert veranderingen in gedrag, gezondheid en ondersteuningsbehoefte.

Die diversiteit vraagt dat je steeds opnieuw kijkt naar wat bij iemand past. Wat kan een bewoner zelf, wanneer ondersteun je en wanneer neem je zorg over? Juist daarin komen liefde, lef en meesterschap samen. Je leert bewoners en hun eigen zorgvragen kennen, durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en gebruikt jouw vakkennis om passende begeleiding te bieden. Zo help je bewoners om zoveel mogelijk regie over hun eigen leven te houden.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd voor 24-28 uur per week, met een salaris volgens FWG 35 (€ 2.649 tot € 3.708 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • ORT, pensioen, 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. Vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering kun je ook maandelijks laten uitbetalen.
  • Ondersteuning om fysiek en mentaal gezond te blijven, met onder andere coaching, fitness en mindfulness.
  • Ruimte om te leren en je verder te ontwikkelen in de verschillende zorg- en begeleidingsvragen die je op de locatie tegenkomt.

Wie ben jij?

Je vindt het leuk dat geen bewoner en geen ondersteuningsvraag hetzelfde is. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, schakelt makkelijk tussen begeleiding en zorg en weet wanneer je collega’s moet betrekken.

Wat je verder meebrengt:

  • Minimaal een mbo-3 diploma in Zorg & Welzijn.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je kunt omgaan met verschillende ondersteuningsvragen, van LVB en GGZ tot ADL-zorg.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor onregelmatige diensten.
