Jouw rol als begeleider moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag

Als begeleider MVG Soesterberg begeleid en ondersteun je cliënten met complexe zorgvragen. Je werkt methodisch, biedt duidelijkheid en veiligheid, en helpt cliënten stap voor stap in hun ontwikkeling. Je bent alert op signalen, schakelt snel en werkt nauw samen met collega’s, gedragsdeskundigen en familie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Begeleiden van cliënten met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag in hun dagelijkse leven;
  • Creëren van een veilige, voorspelbare en gestructureerde omgeving;
  • Signaleren van veranderingen in gedrag en hierop adequaat inspelen;
  • Samenwerken met collega’s, gedragsdeskundigen en familie;
  • Bijdragen aan een positief en stabiel leefklimaat;
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in de zorg en begeleiding;
  • Actief deelnemen aan teamoverleggen, scholingen en intervisie.

  • Een vast contract bij start, voor 24 - 36 uur per week;
  • Salaris volgens FWG 40 CAO Gehandicaptenzorg: €2.893 - €3.902 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur);
  • Onregelmatigheidstoeslagen en een eindejaarsuitkering;
  • Ruime opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden via de Philadelphia Academie;

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een afgeronde zorgopleiding op mbo-niveau 3 of 4 (bijvoorbeeld MMZ, Verzorgende IG, of vergelijkbaar);
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met cliënten met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag;
  • Een stevige persoonlijkheid, geduld en doorzettingsvermogen;
  • Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om te schakelen tussen verschillende situaties;
  • Teamspirit en de bereidheid om samen te werken en te leren.
