Op het terrein Halfweg in Vierhouten liggen de woonlocaties Bospad, Bosrijk en Bosrand. Hier wonen 128 volwassenen met een verstandelijke beperking, verdeeld over 24 woningen. Je werkt met bewoners met onder andere EMB en MVG, waarbij het niveau varieert van licht tot ernstig verstandelijk beperkt. Midden in het bos werk je in een omgeving waar de nacht écht nog stil kan zijn.

Jouw team

Als Begeleider Nachtzorg werk je zelfstandig op verschillende woningen, maar je staat er nooit alleen voor. Tijdens je dienst zijn er drie collega’s van het wachtenteam aanwezig op het terrein. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat bewoners een veilige en rustige nacht hebben en dat je bij onverwachte situaties snel kunt schakelen.

Jouw uitdaging

De nachtdienst loopt van 23.30 tot 07.30 uur. Jij bewaakt de rust en veiligheid op de woningen en ondersteunt bewoners wanneer dat nodig is. Soms betekent dat verzorging, ondersteuning bij een nachtelijke zorgvraag of het uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen. Ook medicatie, lichte huishoudelijke werkzaamheden en het rapporteren van bijzonderheden horen bij je werk.

Juist in de nacht is goed observeren belangrijk. Je kent de bewoners, herkent wanneer iets anders is dan normaal en weet wanneer je in actie moet komen. Bij EMB kan dat bijvoorbeeld betekenen dat je alert bent op lichamelijke signalen; bij MVG vraagt het juist om goed aanvoelen, rustig blijven en weten hoe je moet handelen wanneer spanning ontstaat.

Je werkt grotendeels zelfstandig en hebt tegelijkertijd altijd collega's om op terug te vallen. Juist daarin komen liefde, lef en meesterschap samen: jij bent er op momenten dat bewoners jou misschien niet bewust opzoeken, maar jouw aanwezigheid wél het verschil maakt.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent rustig, betrouwbaar en alert. Je vindt het prettig om zelfstandig te werken en kunt snel schakelen wanneer de nacht anders loopt dan verwacht. Je hebt oog voor kleine signalen, communiceert helder met collega's en zorgt ervoor dat de volgende dienst precies weet wat er is gebeurd.

  • Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding Zorg & Welzijn.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en weet wanneer je een collega inschakelt.
  • Je kunt helder rapporteren en mondeling overdragen.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met EMB en/of MVG en bent bereid je verder te verdiepen in deze doelgroepen.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een brutosalaris van € 2.951 tot € 3.980 per maand (FWG 40, op basis van 36 uur), plus onregelmatigheidstoeslag, vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Een contract voor 14 tot 25 uur per week, waarbij we samen kijken wat bij jou past.
  • Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een contract voor onbepaalde tijd.
  • Training en scholing om je vakkennis verder te ontwikkelen, waaronder verpleegtechnische handelingen.
  • Coaching en ondersteuning om goed en gezond in je werk te blijven.
