Begeleider nachtzorg | 20 - 24 uur | Oostlandenhof - Ijsselmuiden

Voor onze woonlocatie Oosterlandenhof in IJsselmuiden zoeken wij een begeleider voor onze nachtdiensten.

Werk jij graag met mensen met een ernstige meervoudige beperking (EMB) en haal je voldoening uit het bieden van intensieve zorg en nabijheid? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou.

Over de locatie

Als begeleider in de nachtzorg ben jij gedurende de nacht verantwoordelijk voor de zorg en begeleiding van cliënten.

Je werkt in actieve nachtdiensten van 23:00 tot 07:00 uur. Dit is geen slaapdienst: jij bent continu inzetbaar en alert.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • bieden van ADL-ondersteuning waar nodig in de nacht
  • ondersteunen bij onrust, wakker worden of zorgmomenten
  • controleren en toedienen van medicatie
  • werken met hulpmiddelen zoals tilliften
  • signaleren van veranderingen in gezondheid of gedrag
  • adequaat handelen bij zorgvragen of calamiteiten
  • rapporteren in het elektronisch cliëntdossier (ECD)

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je kunt terugvallen op:

  • een collega in de slaapdienst
  • zorg- en alarmeringssystemen
  • Digicontact voor ondersteuning op afstand

Dit ben jij

Je bent iemand die ’s nachts scherp blijft, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en rust uitstraalt.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 4 in de zorg
  • affiniteit met de EMB-doelgroep
  • ervaring met ADL-zorg en affiniteit met verpleegtechnische handelingen
  • een zelfstandige en stressbestendige werkhouding
  • goede observatie- en rapportagevaardigheden

Je kiest bewust voor nachtdiensten en voelt je prettig in een actieve rol gedurende de nacht.

  • Een brutosalaris volgens de CAO gehandicaptenzorg van minimaal € 2.649,- en maximaal € 3.708,- (FWG 35) bij een fulltime dienstverband van 36 uur, gebaseerd op je ervaring en opleiding. En bij onregelmatige diensten krijg je een extra toeslag, en natuurlijk ontvang je vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering;
  • direct een contract voor onbepaalde tijd;
  • Allerlei trainingen om bij te blijven in je vak, ook als het gaat om verpleegtechnische handelingen;
  • Faciliteiten om 'goed in je vel' te zitten, zoals coaching, nét wat je nodig hebt;

Salaris en inschaling worden vastgesteld volgens de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg.
