Vacature gehandicaptenzorg: Begeleider Nachtzorg Ouderen (16-24 uur per week) – FWG 35 (€2.649 tot €3.708) – Amsterdam-Noord

Wanneer de locatie langzaam stil wordt, begint jouw werk. Jij zorgt dat ouder wordende bewoners ook ’s nachts op goede begeleiding en zorg kunnen rekenen. Soms is dat praktische hulp, soms een geruststellend gesprek en soms simpelweg jouw aanwezigheid.

Locatie

Philarood in Amsterdam-Noord is een warme woonlocatie voor 38 ouder wordende bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking, verdeeld over drie verdiepingen. Bewoners hebben steeds vaker behoefte aan lichamelijke verzorging en verpleegkundige ondersteuning. Denk aan ADL, medicatie, tilliften en verpleegtechnische handelingen. Tegelijkertijd blijft persoonlijke aandacht belangrijk: weten wie iemand is en wat diegene nodig heeft.

Jouw team

Als Begeleider Nachtzorg Ouderen werk je tijdens de nacht samen met een collega. Om 23.00 uur neem je de overdracht over van de avonddienst en daarna zijn jullie samen verantwoordelijk voor een veilige en rustige nacht. Jullie houden elkaar op de hoogte, stemmen af wanneer dat nodig is en zorgen voor een duidelijke overdracht aan de collega’s van de dagdienst.

Jouw uitdaging

Je loopt nachtrondes, reageert op hulpvragen en ondersteunt bewoners wanneer dat nodig is. Dat kan betekenen dat je helpt bij persoonlijke verzorging en ADL, medicatie controleert of verzorgende en verpleegtechnische handelingen uitvoert waarvoor je bevoegd en bekwaam bent. Ook let je op veranderingen in gezondheid, gedrag en nachtrust en rapporteer je wat belangrijk is voor de volgende dienst.

’s Nachts ben je veel zelfstandig aan het werk. Om 03.00 uur moet je kunnen inschatten wat een bewoner nodig heeft en wanneer je zelf handelt of hulp inschakelt. Tegelijkertijd werk je altijd samen met je collega in de nacht en weet je wanneer je elkaar nodig hebt. Juist doordat jij bewoners op andere momenten van de dag ziet, zijn jouw observaties waardevol voor het hele team.

Juist daarin komen liefde, lef en meesterschap samen. Liefde zit in aandacht voor een bewoner die wakker of onrustig is. Lef betekent rustig handelen wanneer dat nodig is. Meesterschap betekent dat je jouw kennis en ervaring inzet om ook ’s nachts passende zorg en begeleiding te bieden.

Wat krijg je van ons?

Bij Philadelphia krijg je de ruimte om het beste uit jezelf en uit je werk te halen. Daarom bieden wij naast alles uit de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg ook extra’s.

  • Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd van 16-24 uur per week, met een salaris volgens FWG 35 van €2.649 tot €3.708 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur.
  • ORT voor je nachtdiensten, pensioen, 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. Vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering kun je ook maandelijks laten uitbetalen.
  • Bij 24 uur werk je ongeveer drie nachtdiensten per week.
  • Trainingen, opleidingen en ontwikkelmogelijkheden via het Philadelphia Leerhuis.
  • Een betrokken nachtteam waarin jouw observaties en kennis belangrijk zijn voor de begeleiding overdag.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent rustig, alert en verantwoordelijk. Je kunt zelfstandig beslissingen nemen, houdt overzicht en weet wanneer je zelf moet handelen of hulp moet inschakelen.

Wat je verder meebrengt:

  • Een afgeronde mbo-3 of mbo-4 opleiding in Zorg & Welzijn, bijvoorbeeld Verzorgende IG.
  • Ervaring met verzorgende en verpleegtechnische handelingen.
  • Je kunt duidelijk rapporteren, overdragen en samenwerken met je collega in de nacht.
  • Je kunt in een uitzonderlijke noodsituatie zelfstandig autorijden in Amsterdam.
