Wij zijn op zoek naar een betrokken begeleider die ons begeleidt in het dagelijks leven en ons ondersteunt bij een goede oude dag voor ons.

Locatie (zelf invullen)

Wij wonen hier met (zelf invullen) mensen van verschillende leeftijden in een appartementencomplex in een(bosrijke omgeving, rustige woonwijk, in het centrum) wijk in (plaats invullen).

Ieder van ons heeft een eigen appartement. Daarbij genieten wij van activiteiten die op onze behoefte zijn aangepast, iedereen is natuurlijk anders. (Vul aan met informatie over de locatie).

Team (zelf invullen) & Uitdaging

Als begeleider OUD werk je in een (gedreven, enthousiast etc) team van (aantal zelf invullen) collega’s dat elkaar steunt, vertrouwt en op elkaar bouwt. Samen met gedragsdeskundigen, verpleegkundigen, therapeuten en natuurlijk ons netwerk, zorg je voor een plek vol rust, aandacht en gezelligheid. Je begeleidt ons op verschillende manieren. Je ondersteunt ons bij de lichamelijke verzorging (ADL), helpt tijdens de maaltijd en bedenkt activiteiten die plezier brengen in onze dag.

Daarbij creëer je rust, veiligheid en structuur. Hierbij leer jij onze kleine signalen te herkennen, door een verandering in onze houding, geluiden of gezichtsuitdrukkingen te signaleren. Hierdoor kan je inspelen op onze behoefte en weet je wat wij echt nodig hebben. Ten slotte weet jij dat geen dag hetzelfde is, maar wat altijd telt, is nabijheid, rust en persoonlijke aandacht. Wat krijg je van ons?

Wie ben jij?

Jij weet hoe belangrijk persoonlijke aandacht is en dat kleine handelingen grote impact kunnen hebben. Je bent gevoelig voor sfeer en signalen en werkt vanuit je hart.

Wat je meebrengt:

  • Een mbo-4 diploma in Zorg & Welzijn, zoals Persoonlijk Begeleider Maatschappelijke Zorg.
  • Ervaring in de gehandicapten zorg of je staat open om hierin te groeien via trainingen.
  • Gevoel voor communicatie, ook non-verbaal, en oog voor detail.
  • Handigheid met digitale systemen (zoals Outlook of ECD).
  • Flexibiliteit voor onregelmatige diensten (dag, avond, nacht, weekend).
