Begeleider Ouderen (24–32 uur per week) | FWG 35 (€ 2.649,- tot € 3.708,-) | Brummen

Locatie Radeland, wonen met ruimte en aandacht Aan de rand van het Gelderse Brummen ligt locatie Radeland. Een kleinschalig terrein met zeven woningen en een eigen activiteitencentrum, waar 63 ouder wordende bewoners wonen met een verstandelijke beperking die intensieve zorg en begeleiding ontvangen. Vijf woningen zijn ingericht op ouderenzorg.

Voor één van deze woningen zoeken we een begeleider voor een groep van negen bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking en bijkomende psychische problematiek of gedragsuitdagingen (MVG). Hier draait het om nabijheid, vertrouwen, veiligheid en het creëren van een leefomgeving die aansluit bij iemands beleving.

Wat vragen onze bewoners? De bewoners zijn op hun eigen manier actief en sociaal betrokken. Ze houden van wandelen in de omgeving, spelletjes doen, muziek maken of samen skelteren. Overdag gaan sommigen naar het activiteitencentrum Het Trefhûs op het terrein; anderen blijven liever thuis. Als begeleider sluit jij aan bij hun ritme, wensen en beleving. Je ondersteunt bij verzorging, maar ook bij gedrag, communicatie en bij de daginvulling.

We werken vanuit de Triple-C methodiek, waarbij het gewone leven centraal staat. Vertrouwen, nabijheid en betekenisvolle activiteiten vormen de basis. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s op de woning, een coördinerend begeleider, het verpleegkundig team en behandelaren zoals de fysiotherapeut, diëtist en gedragsdeskundige.

Een werkdag bij Radeland • Je start de dag met overdracht en kijkt wat bewoners vandaag nodig hebben; • Je helpt bij de opstart, persoonlijke verzorging en medicatie; • Je onderneemt activiteiten op maat: thuis of op het activiteitencentrum; • Je signaleert gedrag, bespreekt bijzonderheden met het team en stemt af met behandelaren; • Je sluit de dag af met rapportage en overdracht aan de volgende dienst.

Wat krijg je van ons? Philadelphia zorgt goed voor je. Zodat jij ook goed kunt zorgen voor een ander:

• Een contract voor bepaalde tijd: met uren in overleg (24–32 uur); • Een salaris conform cao Gehandicaptenzorg FWG 40 (€ 2.649,- tot € 3.708- o.b.v. 36 uur): met ORT, 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering; • Extra’s zoals reiskostenvergoeding, laptop- en fietsregeling en korting op uitjes; • Ondersteuning op mentaal en fysiek vlak: van coaching tot mindfulness en overgangsbegeleiding; • Volop ruimte voor scholing en ontwikkeling: in de vorm van trainingen, e-learnings en coaching; • Minder regels, meer vertrouwen: jij krijgt de ruimte om samen met je team keuzes te maken.

Wat je meebrengt: • Een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding in Zorg & Welzijn; • Ervaring met mensen met een (ernstige) verstandelijke beperking; • Geduld, creativiteit en een open, positieve houding; • Goede digitale vaardigheden: je werkt met Word, Outlook en het ECD; • Flexibiliteit: je werkt onregelmatig.
