Ben jij in staat om écht contact te maken met mensen met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag? Dan ben jij wellicht de begeleider die wij zoeken voor onze locatie De Basis aan de Amersfoortsestraat in Soesterberg.

Jouw rol als begeleider De Basis is bedoeld voor cliënten met een zeer complexe zorgvraag die tijdelijk niet meer kunnen verblijven op de thuis locatie. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je als begeleider veel kennis hebt of wil opdoen van de verschillende doelgroepen binnen Philadelphia, dat je snel tussen deze doelgroepen kunt schakelen en energie krijgt van de diversiteit binnen de functie. Je vindt het een uitdaging om te zoeken naar werkende interventies en sluit aan bij de zorgcontext waar de cliënt weer naar terug gaat.

Het verblijf van de cliënten op De Basis is kortdurend. In de drie tot zes weken dat de cliënt op De Basis verblijft werken we toe naar een passende context voor de cliënt qua zorg en begeleiding. Deze manier van werken vraagt om lef. Durven ingrijpen bij complexe situaties, durven experimenteren met interventies en de gesprekken vanuit verschillende belangen durven aangaan met collega’s. Je gaat samenwerken met andere begeleiders en coördinerend begeleider, maar ook met de gedragsdeskundige, het team complexe casuïstiek (TCC) en de oorspronkelijke of toekomstige woonlocatie van de cliënten.

Over jou Werken met mensen met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag moet je maar kunnen! Lukt het je om hun gedrag te signaleren en plaatsen? Kun je de cliënten écht verstaan? Dan zijn er onvergetelijke momenten. Echt contact, waar anderen misschien dachten dat dit niet mogelijk was. Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een Beste Verstaander. Iemand die…

  • Interesse heeft in of ervaring heeft met complexe problematiek: verstandelijke gehandicaptenzorg in combinatie met psychiatrische en/of forensische zorg.
  • Voor de functie van begeleider heb je een afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding in de richting zorg en welzijn. We staan ook open voor andere (zorg)opleidingsrichtingen, zoals toegepaste psychologie of forensische psychiatrie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het gedachtegoed van de behandelmethode Triple-C en agressie hantering. Of je bent bereid dit te leren.
  • Je bent bereid om onregelmatige diensten te draaien. Het gaat dan om dag-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten.
