Voor studenten die hun opleiding willen laten leven

Ben jij student in de zorg of sociaal werk, en op zoek naar een bijbaan die echt ergens over gaat? Waar je iets leert, iets brengt én écht iets betekent voor een ander? Dan ben jij misschien wel degene die wij zoeken!

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt op één van onze woongroepen en/of dagbesteding met mensen met een ernstige meervoudige beperking (EMB). Wat dat vraagt? Aanwezigheid, afgestemd contact en het lef om echt naast iemand te staan en te zien wat iemand nodig heeft.

Jij helpt bij:

  • Activiteiten zoals samen wandelen, muziek luisteren, of gewoon even zitten in stilte, eten geven
  • Lichte ADL-taken en begeleiding afgestemd op wat iemand echt nodig heeft
  • Samenwerken met collega’s
  • En bovenal: je bent er als mens. Jij bent degene die het verschil maakt, gewoon omdat je oprecht aanwezig bent, de handen uit de mouwen weet te steken.

Over de Scandinavielaan

Op de Scandinavielaan wonen 45 cliënten met een eigen hulpvraag en zorgbehoefte. Wij willen bijdragen aan een goed leven voor de client. En daarin kan jij van betekenis zijn!

Je werkt in een omgeving waar we aandacht hebben voor de client, elkaar en een goede sfeer. Het is hard werken maar er is ook veel plezier. En jouw frisse blik als student wordt echt gewaardeerd.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je bent bezig met een zorg- of sociale studie (mbo of hbo).
  • Beschikbaarheid in overleg.
  • Je bent leergierig, warm en kunt goed schakelen tussen doen en zijn.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar mensen met EMB – en bereid je daar écht in te verdiepen.
  • Je zoekt geen 'zorgbaan', maar een plek waar je leert over het leven en waar je bij kan dragen aan de missie de wereld te vergroten voor onze clienten.
