Amsterdam Noord | 24-36 uur | FWG 45

Op de Hardwareweg in Amsterdam Noord openen we een nieuwe, ontwikkelingsgerichte dagbestedingslocatie voor jongeren van 15 tot 23 jaar met een verstandelijke beperking (LVB/MVG). De locatie bevindt zich boven een werk- en opleidingsomgeving waar jongeren praktijkervaring kunnen opdoen, bijvoorbeeld binnen een pakketdienst, fietsendienst of keuken. En we hebben de intentie om in verbinding met het VSO samen te werken.

De setting is arbeidsmatig en gericht op ontwikkeling en doorstroom. We werken met meerdere groepen van ongeveer 8 cliënten.

Het team is nieuw en in opbouw. Dat vraagt om mensen die willen meedenken, structuur neerzetten en samen bouwen aan een sterke basis.

Jouw rol

Als coördinerend begeleider ben jij de spil rondom de jongeren én binnen het team.

Je:

  • Bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor ouders, scholen en samenwerkingspartners;
  • Stelt ontwikkeldoelen op en bewaakt de voortgang;
  • Zorgt voor samenhang en kwaliteit in de begeleiding;
  • Werkt zelf actief mee in de dagelijkse begeleiding van jongeren;
  • Stuurt en coacht collega’s in de uitvoering van de begeleiding;
  • Denkt mee over werkafspraken, structuur en de verdere opbouw van de locatie;
  • Draagt bij aan het neerzetten van een ontwikkelingsgerichte en veilige omgeving.

Wat breng je mee?

  • HBO Social Work, SPH, Pedagogiek of Orthopedagogiek;
  • SKJ-registratie of bereidheid deze te behalen;
  • Ervaring met jongeren met een verstandelijke beperking (LVB/MVG);
  • Ervaring met gedragsproblematiek en prikkelregulatie;
  • Ervaring met coördineren en samenwerken in een netwerk van betrokkenen;
  • Ervaring met ECD en rapportage;
  • BHV of bereidheid dit te behalen.

Je bent iemand die overzicht houdt, verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en anderen meeneemt. Je weet rust en structuur te brengen én tegelijkertijd ruimte te geven aan ontwikkeling — zowel bij jongeren als binnen het team.

  • Een brutosalaris conform de CAO Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 45) van minimaal €3113,- en maximaal €4347,- bij een fulltime dienstverband (36 uur);
