Wil jij werken op een plek waar je echt de tijd en rust hebt voor mensen met intensieve zorgvragen? Op de locatie Bospad 🌳werk je in een kleinschalige woonomgeving in het bos. Een plek waar bewoners zich veilig mogen voelen en waar jij als begeleider/ coördinerend begeleider het verschil maakt in de kleine momenten.

Werken op Bospad 🌿.

Bospad is in het najaar van 2024 geopend en bestaat uit 6 kleinschalige woningen 🏘️ en een eigen dagcentrum. Je werkt met bewoners met een ernstig meervoudige beperking en/of ouder wordende bewoners (16 tot 80 jaar). Iedere bewoner heeft een eigen ritme, manier van communiceren en zorgvraag. Jij sluit daarop aan met aandacht, rust en duidelijke begeleiding. We werken op Bospad integraal samen met de dagbesteding. Dat betekent: samen kijken wat iemand nodig heeft, zowel thuis als overdag.

Wat ga je doen? 🌟

  • Als begeleider zorg jij voor een stabiele, veilige basis voor onze bewoners. Je biedt ondersteuning bij de dagelijkse zorg en bij de begeleiding.
  • Als coördinerend begeleider vertaal je de vastgestelde vraag en doelen van de bewoner naar de zorgvraag. Je organiseert alles wat er voor de bewoners op medisch en administratief vlak geregeld moet worden. In de omgang met collega's heb je een coachende en faciliterende rol. Je weet je een goede werksfeer te creëren waarbij positiviteit en openheid voorop staan.

In jouw werk: 🧩

  • Bied je structuur en veiligheid in de groep.
  • Kijk je goed naar signalen en behoeften van bewoners.
  • Werk je samen met collega’s en met de dagbesteding.
  • Deel je jouw observaties en ideeën in werkoverleggen, zodat we samen blijven verbeteren.
  • Werk je onregelmatige diensten: dag-, avond- en weekenddiensten. Op Bospad komen 8-uursdiensten regelmatig voor.

Wat bieden we jou? 🎓

  • Je krijgt een baan op een kleinschalige locatie.
  • Een salaris voor begeleider volgens cao Gehandicaptenzorg tot € 3.708 max bruto per maand (FWG 35) bij 36 uur.
  • Een salaris voor de coördinerend begeleider volgens cao Gehandicaptenzorg tot € 3.980 max bruto per maand (FWG 40) bij 36 uur.
  • Een vast contract voor 24–32 uur per week (uren in overleg).
  • 8% vakantiegeld, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering en onregelmatigheidstoeslag (122–160%).
  • Trainingen en opleidingen via ons Leerhuis.
  • Ondersteuning voor jouw mentale en fysieke gezondheid (zoals coaching, mindfulness en fitness).
  • Korting op leuke uitjes met familie en vrienden.

Wat breng jij mee? 🧠

  • Je bent er voor bewoners, ook als ze niet met woorden communiceren. Je hebt geduld, je kijkt goed, en je bent een aanpakker die graag samenwerkt.
  • Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde mbo niveau 3 (begeleider) of 4 opleiding in Zorg & Welzijn (coördinerend begeleider).
  • Je hebt interesse of ervaring met EMB en/of ouder wordende bewoners.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met dagbesteding (of ben je nieuwsgierig om hierin mee te werken).
