Vacature gehandicaptenzorg: Leerling (persoonlijk) begeleider BBL (24-28 uur per week) – FWG 30 (€ 2.420 tot € 3.453) – Monnickendam

Locatie

De Oude Zijds Burgwal ligt midden in het historische centrum van Monnickendam, vlak bij de haven, winkels en dagbesteding. Op de locatie wonen bewoners van 30 tot 75 jaar met een verstandelijke beperking, ieder met een eigen ondersteuningsvraag en mate van zelfstandigheid.

Op de 24-uursgroep wonen 22 bewoners van 40 tot 75 jaar. Overdag gaan zij naar de dagbesteding. Daarnaast wonen 4 bewoners met een licht verstandelijke beperking in een aanleungroep in de wijk. Zij gaan naar dagbesteding en pakken zoveel mogelijk zelf de regie. Ook wonen er in de wijk een aantal bewoners zelfstandig in appartementen. De grote tuin is een belangrijke ontmoetingsplek voor bewoners, familie en collega’s.

Jouw team

Als leerling (persoonlijk) begeleider BBL werk je in een stabiel team van twaalf collega’s. Zes collega’s werken hier al jarenlang en kennen de bewoners goed. Het team staat voor elkaar klaar en staat open voor nieuwe ideeën. Je krijgt begeleiding van ervaren collega’s en alle ruimte om vragen te stellen, mee te kijken en jezelf stap voor stap te ontwikkelen.

Jouw uitdaging

Je start met een aspirantperiode waarin je kennismaakt met het werk in de gehandicaptenzorg. Gaat het van beide kanten goed, dan start je met een landelijk erkende opleiding van 1,5 tot 3 jaar via een opleidingsinstituut waarmee Philadelphia samenwerkt of via een regionaal ROC. Je begeleidt bewoners in het dagelijks leven en ondersteunt onder begeleiding bij ADL, medicatie, huishoudelijke werkzaamheden, koken, boodschappen en activiteiten. Je leert observeren, signaleren en rapporteren.

Je leert steeds beter zien wat bewoners zelf kunnen en wanneer ondersteuning nodig is. Juist daarin komen liefde, lef en meesterschap samen. Je maakt oprecht contact, durft vragen te stellen en feedback te vragen en bouwt stap voor stap aan je vakkennis. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf tot een professional die bewoners helpt zoveel mogelijk hun eigen leven te leiden.

Wat krijg je van ons?

Bij Philadelphia krijg je de ruimte om het beste uit jezelf en uit je werk te halen.

  • Een brutosalaris volgens FWG 30 (€ 2.420 tot € 3.453 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Je start met een aspirant-leerlingcontract van 3 maanden. Bij gebleken geschiktheid wordt dit omgezet naar een leerarbeidsovereenkomst voor de duur van de opleiding.
  • ORT, pensioen, 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. Vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering kun je ook maandelijks laten uitbetalen.
  • Begeleiding tijdens je opleiding en ruimte om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen naarmate je ontwikkeling dat toelaat.
  • Ondersteuning om fysiek en mentaal gezond te blijven, met onder andere coaching, fitness en mindfulness.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent gemotiveerd om te leren, staat open voor feedback en wilt werken in de gehandicaptenzorg combineren met een opleiding. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen ontwikkeling en afspraken.

Wat je verder meebrengt:

  • Je volgt een BOL-opleiding Zorg & Welzijn op niveau 3 of 4 en wilt overstappen naar BBL; óf
  • Je hebt een zorg- of welzijnsopleiding op niveau 3 en wilt doorstromen naar niveau 4; óf
  • Je hebt een andere opleidingsachtergrond en wilt als zij-instromer overstappen naar een zorgfunctie bij Philadelphia.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor onregelmatige diensten. Op deze locatie werk je met dag-, avond- en slaapdiensten. Tijdens een slaapdienst word je zelden gewekt.
